The food was good.. glad I could get meat at a tea house! love the China and atmosphere inside. I love dainty events like a Tea PartyHowever parking was terrible and I slipped on ice in the parking lot! Tea was cold and the ladies toilet seat needs to be replaced instead of painted.. Toilets are only $99 at Home Depot!

Joined my homegirl on a beautiful Thursday morning. We were seated right away and I was immediately enchanted by my other homegirl (in my head) THEE QUEEN MISS ELIZABETH!!! R.I.P to the GOAT ya feel me! Anyway.. they were playing the soothing sounds of Mr. Sinatra and I began to take in the decor. I told my homegirl that it reminded me of all my grandmothers houses down to the framed paintings on the wall, it was very much a vibe. This nice young lady came to our table to take our order, I had no idea what I wanted even though my homegirl was just there the day before she suggested the egg pie so I said cool I’ll take the egg pie with broccoli and cheese and some coffee both were MF delicious. We had scones I ate a key lime flavored and it was bussin too. The fruit was super fresh, I was satisfied with everything. The young lady who served us I feel bad that I did not get her name but she was excellent I hope I get it next time cause I’m coming back for that egg pie and those skookies beleedat!!
Drove over an hour to come and thought it would be okay because the website specifies that they’re open for walkins, but the whole place was booked for a shower. Pretty disappointed with all of us being first timers. They told us to reserve next time so make a reservation if you plan on visiting

Compared to our previous visit, the quality of the food was disappointing. The scones were dry and tasteless. I couldn’t distinguish any flavor in each of them. The quiche and salad portions were noticeably smaller. With a price increase and lesser quality food, I will seriously hesitate to visit again. While the ambiance is nice, it doesn’t compensate for the food quality. Perhaps I will try their other location in the future.

My mom and I had a fantastic lunch at The Royal Treat Tea Room in Roseville today. ☕ The artichoke frittata was our favorite, it was perfectly crispy and cheesy. All the scones were so delicious too and paired amazingly well with the raspberry and peach teas we tried. Love that they give you a side of cream and lemon curd with them too. The staff is so friendly and we really enjoyed all the tea themed and historical decor. We definitely want to try their other location (Pink House Tea Room) in New Baltimore next time too ?
