Nothing, our food was horrible. Complained about it, and they told me it was fresh and not burnt. Found out after the fact ppl next to us had same meal, and they said the same thing about their food, and manager took their meal off total.

My husband and i were very excited to try this place together, because my mom always goes there because she works across the street, and she raves about the chicken wings but i was in the mood for a steak and i truly am very disappointed. I dont think we will ever come back. we will stick to going to texas road house. I ordered a 6oz sirloin, medium like i always do when i get steak at other places. And it didnt even looked cooked at all, after we waited 40 mins to even get our food. Our salads came out pretty quick but the rest of the food took for ever, our waitress hardly even checked in on us. Then when i told her that my steak was way more pink then i like it she said ok i can send it back i said ok yes then she walked away to do something else then another waitress came over to ask if everything was ok and i said no she was supposed to take my steak back so then she took it back for me then another 10 mins my steak came back didnt look much different she asked if i wanted to send it back again i said no, ive already waited 40 mins to even get my food. then my daughters steak bites were so burnt, she didnt even want to eat them. My husband got fish and he was nervous to eat it because he seen other people complain about the food not cooked right but he ate it but as soon as he came home his stomach was not feeling okay so were not sure if it was from there or not but normally we are not the complaining type at all. But i just felt like service definitely could of been better, it wasnt even that busy to have waited that long for our food and the waitress hardly checked on us and im just really mad for spending so much on our dinner for me to not even eat my steak to then come home and cook it myself because it wasnt properly cooked there!!

I hate to say it but I can see why this place was dead at 8pm on NYE, establishment is dated, Grimey. My plate looked like I ordered off the kids menu, 2 dry ribs with meat stuck to the bone about 10 French fries, and 3 baby chicken tenders, onion rings you could ring out the grease, potatoe soup was ok not like it used to be and same with the rolls just ok. My husband got a coffee flavored steak that was under cooked and not very appealing for the $25 meal. Our drinks were ok, but unless it's a free meal I WON'T ever come back, $100 on a cold, nasty New Years Eve meal, do not recommend

Love the rolls. Steak is very subpar, but the shrimp is seasoned to perfection. Food is microwaved. But hey, you get what you pay for and the rolls are free. The electric lemonade is amazing.

We went there yesterday and I have been stewing on this ever since. We like to go here because they have decent food for the area. That still wasn’t the problem. Yesterday we encountered clear verbal harassment between employees. I believe the one that did it was the bar tender who actually body shamed another worker. This is not how anyone should be treated in their work environment. I was completely floored. The food is definitely not worth what I witnessed. And the continued chatter about it. No way would I ever entered a place after hearing someone being treated in this manner!!!! Where was management???? Does Logan’s actually believe this is ok? I will NEVER be visiting this establishment again and to the lady who did this, you should be ashamed of yourself and fired for how you treated your coworker. That is not ok in today’s society. I will be reporting this to corporate. Maybe then change will come and improvement can be made for both workers and customers alike.

This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had waiting to be seated at a restaurant. My family waited by the front door for almost 2 hours to be seated. There was never anyone ahead of us during this 2 hour time frame. There were 9 of us, however there were several booths (at least 10 counted) that were empty. We kept asking what was taking so long and why we couldn’t sit in the empty booths we were looking at and the host and a manager told us that they were working on a table for us and we would be taken care of soon. After about an hour and a half, a waitress came up and offered us menus to look over so that we would be ready to order when we were finally seated. I’m sure she thought this would be helpful, but it was tacky in my opinion. They assured us they had waters and bread ready to go for us, hinting at being seated sooner than later. Another 20-30 mins went by. We ended up calling over to Texas Roadhouse who had a 10 min wait and we left. No one smiled or seemed happy to be working. The environment just didn’t seem welcoming at all. We were trying to be patient thinking we would finally be seated as we saw several people sit and eat and then leave, but yet we were still left unattended and honestly just uncared for altogether. I’d also like to add that the restaurant was almost empty when we decided to leave. We were disgusted with the lack of service here. We will never return.
Skylar the bartender is the absolute best I love her and don’t personally know her. She has such a bright and beautiful spirit and her service is over the top
