Can't give it a 5 star because the waitress that was supposed to care for our table and another didn't and was very lazy. One her peers had to take charge because she didn't want to do her job even after he spoke with her. Dave stepped up and took care of us. I did inform the manager of him taking over because the other person didn't want to care of the of the tables she had.

I had an issue with curbside, and when I called to speak to a manager Nicole answered and she was amazing. It's so nice that there are still decent managers out there.

Logan's Roadhouse was a very good place to enjoy with your family the service was nice I like the servers there in the atmosphere was very nice with the big screen TVs and the atmosphere parking lot was okay it wasn't all with debris in garbage so I like parking there and I feel very safe. My family in my vehicle I will visit there again

Food was just ok. I ordered an appetizer for the family, but we never got small plates to put our appetizers on... we had to use the napkins as plates. Then we asked for more napkins, and the waitress seemed a bit put out by the request. Then, after quite some time, the food arrived. My burger was just about raw. I ate my fries, paid the bill and posted this days later. It was clear debating the meal with the waitress or staff was not worth the argument. Some places just don't care anymore. This was my experience and solely my opinion. The rest of my family's food was good, hence my three stars.

Ordered by door dash. Wasn’t cooked as requested. All servings on the rarer side. Order messed up got macaroni and cheese instead of baked potatoe.

Nothing, our food was horrible. Complained about it, and they told me it was fresh and not burnt. Found out after the fact ppl next to us had same meal, and they said the same thing about their food, and manager took their meal off total.

Me and my son stopped in for lunch. Karie was amazing from start to finish, from her smiling face, knowledge of the menu, and amazing personality. I would definitely be coming back. Thank you Karie!!!!!! The food was delicious as well. I had the shrimp stacked salmon, my son had the chicken and sausage Alfredo.

My husband and i were very excited to try this place together, because my mom always goes there because she works across the street, and she raves about the chicken wings but i was in the mood for a steak and i truly am very disappointed. I dont think we will ever come back. we will stick to going to texas road house. I ordered a 6oz sirloin, medium like i always do when i get steak at other places. And it didnt even looked cooked at all, after we waited 40 mins to even get our food. Our salads came out pretty quick but the rest of the food took for ever, our waitress hardly even checked in on us. Then when i told her that my steak was way more pink then i like it she said ok i can send it back i said ok yes then she walked away to do something else then another waitress came over to ask if everything was ok and i said no she was supposed to take my steak back so then she took it back for me then another 10 mins my steak came back didnt look much different she asked if i wanted to send it back again i said no, ive already waited 40 mins to even get my food. then my daughters steak bites were so burnt, she didnt even want to eat them. My husband got fish and he was nervous to eat it because he seen other people complain about the food not cooked right but he ate it but as soon as he came home his stomach was not feeling okay so were not sure if it was from there or not but normally we are not the complaining type at all. But i just felt like service definitely could of been better, it wasnt even that busy to have waited that long for our food and the waitress hardly checked on us and im just really mad for spending so much on our dinner for me to not even eat my steak to then come home and cook it myself because it wasnt properly cooked there!!
I hate to say it but I can see why this place was dead at 8pm on NYE, establishment is dated, Grimey. My plate looked like I ordered off the kids menu, 2 dry ribs with meat stuck to the bone about 10 French fries, and 3 baby chicken tenders, onion rings you could ring out the grease, potatoe soup was ok not like it used to be and same with the rolls just ok. My husband got a coffee flavored steak that was under cooked and not very appealing for the $25 meal. Our drinks were ok, but unless it's a free meal I WON'T ever come back, $100 on a cold, nasty New Years Eve meal, do not recommend

I ordered a medium well steak instead I got a medium rare didn’t receive my toppings that I paid for idk what the cooks are doing back there but I will not be ordering from this Logan’s again very disappointed in the price I paid if I wanted a raw steak I would have went to

Love the rolls. Steak is very subpar, but the shrimp is seasoned to perfection. Food is microwaved. But hey, you get what you pay for and the rolls are free. The electric lemonade is amazing.
