Karie was great roseville mi location . Excellent customer service skills . The rolls and salad was very good .Made me and my husband feel good. It was a pleasure having her as our waitress. Knew everything on the menu which is a plus . Recommended the bbq fried ribs and they were finger licking good fall off the bone a must try and will be back.She Was able to answer all my questions. She need to be a manager . Everything was above our expectations. Will be telling all my family and friends to visit. Drinks are good .

Awesome service! Manager was so pleasant, engaging and had a warm personality. My waitress was fantastic also. Felt like 5 star service. Good was also good and the steak was cooked perfectly as requested. Very flavorful and no steak sauce required.

The music was blasting so loud, we could barely talk. Our food came out before our salad. The busboy dropped the washcloths that he was washing tables with. On the floor and put it back on his belt loop to wash another table. The food was tasteless, we will not be back.

Service was not the best. We were seated and no one came back to get us drinks or check on us. After 20 minutes we had to go find a server to get service. Took almost 45minutes for our food to be brought after ordering.

Very unprofessional restaurant, another customer was having an argument over his food or lack off. The employee response was hostile. The salad was literally frozen and Inedible. Our waitress was very rude and had very poor customer service skills. Should not be working in the service industry if you do not like people. Overall the whole restaurant seemed like a circus.

Haven't visited this location in quite a while but wanted to try the new promotion. Was seated quickly but felt rushed in the end. They were not busy but the server Nicole took my plate while I still had food left then gave us the receipt shortly after. I asked for a cup to go for my sweet tea and was given a very tiny cup so I had to drink it down more to even pour it all in.
