Absolutely the worst food establishment I've ever been to! They always make you pull forward and then take forever to bring out your food. After taking 20+ minutes multiple times, we decided to wait and see how long it would take for them to get 6 burgers and 2 fries correct. We gave up after an hour and multiple visits to the counter. Items are always missing. Food is sloppy and not very good. Employees' attitudes are disgusting.

The lady who gives the order through the drive through she was mad. The sandwich 🥪 is too small and not enough for an adult they advertise that the Mac spicy is juicy , but it wasn't like that just only the chicken with little bit of lettuce and no sauce or mayonnaise. Sorry for my review but this is the truth.

I want to apologize for a drive through mix up. This Mc Donald's app defaults orders to the counter,while others default to the drive thru. My mistake. This mistake was not caught at the drive thru however.I then made another mistake by not checking in.(Alot of McDs don't want to check you in.) I was then told I had to drive around to check in.I checked in and was told to pull ahead for my order. Now I was told I had to go inside.I refused because at this point I was being punished for making honest mistakes even though at this point they had mishandled things too. THIS PROBLEM WAS CREATED BY CORPERATE POLICY REGUARDING THE APP DEFAULT PICKUP OPTION.Thankyou McD Roseville the food is always good! I am very sorry for the mixup.

Horrible service in the Drive-Thru line tonight I ordered a large diet and a cup of ice I get my diet she says she's not supposed to give me a cup of ice I said I'll pay for it she said well they didn't ring you up well I'd ordered it so it's not my fault I didn't get rang up for it can I please have a cup of ice and I'll pay for it she was extremely rude she does not belong in the service industry I just searched 12 hours as a server and wanted a Diet Coke with a cup of ice and she acted like I was being so rude to her

I ordered for myself and my family the order was about 50$ I asked for all food to be cooked to order and it was not even tho I specifically asked then I get home and a sandwich was missing so I go back up their and it took three people to get me my order and team was not very polite about it, then I go back home just to find out my sandwich was rock hard like it has been sitting in a heating cabinet for hours so not only it was not cook to order the first time but it wasn’t the second time either, I have worked fast food for a long time and I have never served such horrible food to a paying customer, I don’t understand if I’m willing to pay my hard earned money then I should get what I pay for with out all the back and forth and cold old food. Makes me not want to come back to this location at all!!

Food was cold, fries were old, nuggets cold and hard. the employees don’t care and there’s one weird kid that stands in the window and just stares at you until they hand him your food. Idk if he lacks social skills or does it to be funny. I don’t think anyone has ever taught him it’s rude to stare. This location isn’t corporately owned so they use their own policies to benefit them. If you call to complain about your food they either don’t answer the phone or if someone answers they basically tell you there’s nothing they can do. Don’t even offer a replacement or a refund.

This store really is ridiculous, just got back from getting something so simple as a double cheeseburger, which was old bun was hard. Fries were old and stale. The only thing that was fresh was the cookies. Everything else was horrible. Really unacceptable but a common thing that happens at this place.

This is the worst McDonald's ive ever been to!!!!!!! Who the heck forgots the bottom of the bun for s hamburger, and this is not the first time it has happened.. Ive got 2 bottom buns before and my husband had 2 top bottoms, theyve forgot my daughters chicken nuggets in her happy meal, theres always something wrong and we continue to come back because its the closest one but we will drive to another location now because you never know what your going to get... I wanted to call and complain but they would just say to come back and get a new sandwich but we are tired after a long work day and its one thing if they forgot ketchup on the burger but how does one seriously not put the bottom bun down first!! No one should support this McDonald's they are the worst!!!
