I felt like a crazy person at this McDonald’s but the only crazy one is whoever was cooking Monday morning march 3rd 2025 had to come back 3 times to get ONE steak egg and cheese bagel I ordered it with extra breakfast sauce the first one had no onions no sauce so I politely went back through to rectify the mistake the second one also had no sauce!!!! How hard is it to put RXTRA sauce on something it’s not coming out of your paycheck annoying McDonald’s cook!! but the girl at the window was nice I will include I picture of the SECOND sandwich with “extra sauce” and thanks for adding one slivered onion

Ordered through the drive thru. The lady that took the payment was very nice. The lady that handed me my food at the second window was very rude and gave me cold food. Told me to move up you're holding the line up as soon as she handed me my drinks (i was just checking to make sure all my food was in the bag only took a minute.. not even). Then when i told her my food is cold she told me i was lying they just made it. Needless to say the food was cold and tasted terrible and the service was horrible.

Food was fresh, and there is never enough staff available when needed. Each shift and crew is different. There are days you don't have to wait for food too long, and you can at least get a smile out of at least one crew member. Our McDoubles were a bit sloppy today. They also need to learn to double up on cup holders when it's more than 2 drinks because their cup holders are so flimbsy. Sometimes their pretty good about giving fresh hot fries but my last couple of visits I have to go in and ask for some fresh ones very inconvenient especially when you order through you mobile app.

I Had a mobile order, at McDonald's on 27901 Gratiot Ave., in Roseville. I went through the drive-thru, then ordered another sandwich. They didn't put the sandwich in with the mobile order, so I went inside. They gave me my sandwich, and I got in the car. I took a bite, and realized it was the wrong sandwich. Went back in the drive thru and asked for a manager. She was so ignorant that she laughed with another employee and said, "oh you bringing a sandwich back after it's almost gone." Really, one bite, and you say it's gone. What sense would that make to cheat them when my mobile order was over $40. So I just asked for a refund. She refused to give me the refund at the window, and made me drive to the door to get it. Here's the crazy part, they cheated me with my $3.79 refund, and only gave me $2. By this time I was very upset, so I just drove off. It's so sad that people don't realize that if you don't treat your customers nice, you won't have a job! It takes customers so you will have a pay check!

The young lady that always do curb-side is a sweetheart. I Depends on which crew is there for your food to be hot and fresh and you also have a lazy crew that just rush and throw your food together and good for giving some cold fries. Dinning area is open sometimes it's clean and sometimes it's not.
Went trough the drive and ordered my food. Fries were COLD. Ordered a happy meal chicken nuggets only got 2 pieces of chicken i paid $4.89 + .40 for apple juice. Tried calling 10 times no answer 6 times and hung up on 4 times. Is this how your run a business?

The food is usually decent once you get home and heat it up. Keep in mind, however, that a good portion of your order will be either wrong, or missing, or in my crazy lucky case, both. So if you do curbside: CHECK EVERYTHING, and also be prepared to hop in the drive thru line. I think the phones are broken at this location, so calling will only get your food colder. Also, when they mess up your order, this will be a problem you've created for the manager, so don't have any expectations for pleasantries, manners, or courtesy. I will say the drive thru crew here is extremely kind. Especially the guy running the register, and the guy taking orders; those dudes were very nice. All in all, for the amount I spent, not too happy with myself tonight. So... Yeah...
