Supposed to be 24 hours, but at 4am I was told they were "temporarily closed" by a woman inside. We're 4 years out of the pandemic and this location still can't get it together. Disappointed.

Ordered through DoorDash. My dasher sat in line for over 20 mins waiting on food for them to deny that they even got the order. He had to call the DoorDash help line for them to contact the McDonald’s only for them to spend another 30 mins to make a couple of breakfast sandwiches. My dasher sent me a message that he would be on his way and discovered they STILL messed the order up.
I don’t get how not one person from cooperate or management has not addressed this place. Horrible customer service every time I have gone. They lie about being closed or just ignore you all together.

The lady at the window needs to be fired. Gave me wrong order then when I asked for right order she had a whole attitude. Now their phone doesn’t work. Fire her! I repeat FIRE HER! Gave me the wrong order entirely. But won’t answer the phone to complain.

Pull in to get food. The lady clicked over the wrong speaker and was rude as hell with starting the order. I go to place my order for myself and get told in a very rude tone WE ARE OUT OF BUNS. Not a care in the world. Yall wanna shoot the bull and not order properly knowing that yall are open 24 hours. Holiday or not. A polite Hi, sorry we are currently out of buns right now I do apologize for the inconvenience. Nope just a rude WE ARE OUT OF BUNS. Teach them customer service etiquette before you let them on the floor and speak to your customers. A lot of us night shift people get off work at strange hours and we don’t wanna Cook a full meal after working 12 plus hours. So, if you don’t wanna work the night shift then go find something else bc yall don’t deserve to be tipped or have the pay increase yall think yall need!

Drive thru is terrible I waited in the left lane for 15 min watching 7 cars in the right lane yes I counted...get their order taken and after 20 min of waiting still nobody greeted me at the order station in the left lane finally saw and break in the line and I got the f outta there and went to tim hortons instead and had my order in less than 3 minutes

I placed an online order paid for it got to the speaker and no one said anything. I sat there for a minute then I drove to the window two people standing there walking back-and-forth, looking at me ignoring me, and I’m finally one came over and said the system down. I said I placed the order online and already paid for it and they said I’m on break every time I go to that one there’s an issue there’s been many times they forgot items or didn’t make them to request multiple times they don’t accept cash or don’t accept credit or say their system is down. It’s nonstop. I contact corporate and they did nothing. They said they’d let the store know. so horrible horrible horrible do not recommend.
They messed up my order I call up to and talk to a manager and then I show back up to have my full receipt redone meal for two people I'm not impressed with this McDonald's on Gratiot and 13th

Just tried to give a holiday tip of $100 to a lucky curbside pick up employee since it's cold and it would brighten someone's day. Sat 30 mins and no one ever came 😕 and I still got charged with no food

Had to pay at second window because whoever was at the first one was to busy to take my money! Then I received the wrong drink! I've been sick the last few days and all I wanted some a crisp regular coke and nope got stuck with a diet! Get it together!!!

And yet AGAIN, Our food order was WRONG and made by children who do not care about anything but themselves. See anything wrong with this bigmac and the way it is put together?!?!? Also, ordered four drinks. Three cokes and one sprite. Got one coke, one sprite and two dr pepper. This is why we do not go here unless we are hard up for food. It seems like every single time we have gone here the food order has been wrong or simply put together by children!!!
