There is obviously something wrong with me. I come back to this location and it’s always something negative. Food is cold, they’re out of soda, they’re out of beef, etc. currently I’m sitting at the drive through order screen. Been here for 10 minutes. A guy mumbled over the speaker saying he needs a few moments…. Ok…. Are you going to come back? The lady on the adjacent drive through is just looking as dumb as me waiting for someone to answer the speaker.

This is one of the only 24 hr locations, and Every time They dont take orders thru the window. When theres 5 cars already in the drive-thru. They say delivery only. Why is the store even open if I have to order delivery?! What a scam. Reporting to the BBB and corporate. Do not go here!!

The manager tried to threaten me with the police. I placed a mobile order and when in the line 2 mins already. They already had 2 cars parked waiting. I refused to move since they stated the dish would take 3 mins to cook. At that point it was 5 mins. The manager came to the window when I asked for a refund and said they don’t do refunds and if I didn’t move she would call the police. I told her call them the gone come and say give her her food or a refund. I got my food and if I get sick after eating I will be suing McDonald’s supposedly corporate location.

This McDonald's says it's open 24 hours but they are not! Every time I go there at say 3:40am 4am 4:30am they are never open! Lights are on like they are open but they will say their closed or they are doing something else as the reason you can not get coffee as that is the only thing I was wanting. I feel sorry for travelers coming off of 94. Came at 7am and was served uneatable Canadian ham food!
There is a mcdonalds about .5 miles away from this one. DONT NOT COME HERE. IT SMELLS. The staff literally put fries in a bag that fell om the ground I wish I could have gotten a video.

Worst one that I have ever been to. Christmas night after driving home from TN we see they are open so we stop. Took 10 mins to get to the speaker. Then we waited for another 15 mins before we just drove to the window. They were all standing around refusing to take drive thru orders. Looked at us at the window, walked away like we didn’t exist then hollered out merry Christmas. We weren’t the only ones that left and there a line of cars out of the driveway down Gratiot. I will be reaching out to the franchise owner so they know how much money their employees cost them !
