Why not just take ice cream the hell out of McDonald's? Half the time it's just the fact they don't want to do the work. Refund will be back on your card in 3 days though. It's not that 1 time my order got messed up or they ran out. It's the fact that every time you order at any McDonald's there is some issue you have to deal with. Not worth the hassle

I ordered the steak egg and bagel sandwich on the app with hash brown. They gave me a bacon egg bagels sandwich. Instead I have to go back. Breakfast was over so I got a big Mac with fries. They assume that I ate the hash brown without checking. So they didn't want to give me the fries. The service was horrible. They didn't even wanna compensate me for the inconvenience of having to come all the way back

If you go there any time after about 9:30pm-10:00pm, they wont help you! You can drive up to the intercom and sit for hours and not 1 person will help you! You drive to the window and people will grim and stare at you like your an inconvenience until you leave! Dont bother even stopping by! Always a 30 minute wait, never have ice cream or apple pies, fries are cold and only half filled... this location SUCKS!

Its a regular thing at this McDonald's for them to say that they aren't taken orders, this time due to shift change. Or their credit card machine is down. I told the gentleman that this has to be the worst McDonald's. He replied that some times it be like that. No where else be like that all the damn time.
Just sat at the drive through for about 20 minutes, people were driving off. I got to the speaker no one said anything until I finally drove off. When I drove off there were no cars at either window. I watched from across the street at potbelly while my order was filled and they did not take another order the whole time. Even more people drove off. Even though its close I won't go back there. If they were having problems they could have communicated it to the customers.

I've lived in this area for 20+ years and Roseville location is the worst. My most recent was today 10/31/2025...I brought 2 double fish fillets I ate one then on my other sandwich my son said mom stop eating don't take another bite but there's mold on my bun i called the 32222 Gratiot Riseville restaurant to inform them of the situation for them not to sell another one until they checked the buns the young lady employee.said am I sure I got it from them and I told her my receipt was in my hand I told her my receipt number and described the lady manager who rung me up the young lady on the phone proceeded to tell me it's impossible for a y mold to be on the buns then said am I sure it wasn't the green stuff from the tartar sauce I told her I been cooking for over 30 years I know the difference between mold and tartar sauce she proceeded to be very argumenative with me and told me to bring the sandwich back up to the store I said even if I threw up on the rest of it I surely will and imma give it to her. This McDonald's is always having so many issues.... If it's not waiting for your order a long time, it's something wrong with yoyr order, and not to mention they gave my order onetime to a Door Dasher by mistake, amdh

I say this with my whole chest: this is the WORST McDonald’s I’ve been to in my entire life. Avoid at all costs. They don’t even take your order at the drive thru speaker. Literally ignore you. Not even a “I’ll be with you in a moment.”
When they do decide they want to take your order, prepare to be in the drive thru for 15-30 minutes. The food itself is alright. Not great but not bad.
It’s unfortunate because this McDonald’s is right around the corner from my house. I wish it was good. It’s very convenient, but I refuse to go here anymore after too many bad experiences. Definitely need a lot of work at this location.
EDIT: I’m not submitting my feedback via another link. Do your job as an owner and solve your restaurant’s issues yourself, or submit the feedback to corporate yourself. I’m not doing your job for you.

Literally the most miserable and rude people working around 1pm. Probably won't be going back. When are was working at a mcdonald's a few years ago you would be talked to about if you sounded miserable on headset. Everyone has bad days but not every day and if they are that miserable with their job maybe they should find a new one

Ordered online at 4:05pm. Was in location at 4:10 to pick up order. They did not have my order or any record of it being placed & would not do anything for me even though I showed them confirmation. Now 4:20pm I asked for a refund & she said they could not authorize that?! Found I could cancel my order & did. Then left. I have a 1/2 hour for lunch. Wasted my time & went hungry rest of day.
