The double quarter pounder with cheese, was old, tasted like fish…not good, threw out after 1st bite, fries were cold and squishy like oil wasn’t hot enough and the fries soaked up too much oil…won’t be back

Ordered fish and fries. I asked for well done fries, so they asked me to pull over. So my fries were well done but so was my fish sandwich. Not what I asked for. Since I had to pull over, I didn’t get the chance to ask for ketchup. Who bags food to go out to a customer waiting and not give ketchup for their fries??
3 stars for well done fries, but fish over cooked so also 3 stars, 2 stars for service of no ketchup. So I had to park and get out to go in to get ketchup!

Hit or miss and it seems to depend on the staff at the time of ordering. You can get perfect McDonald's food one day, soggy fries and cold burgers the next, and then an entirely wrong order the next time you visit. When confronted about errors, they give you the stink eye and never apologize - like their time is wasted by their screw up, not the customer paying for food.
