The building is nice and the staff is very helpful and nice. But the food does not taste good or cone in decent portions. I ordered the Patty Nelt and wanted it medium rare. It was over done and about the size of McDonald's hamburger. And the taste was not the good. The fries were soggy and had a bad taste. Like old grease taste. I was very disappointed 😞

Tried the new chicken ceasar wrap and it was really good. The waitress was very helpful and provided drink refills and made sure everything was good. National coney island always hits the spot when your hungry.

Take out order incorrect... ordered 2 fish and chips w fries and salad, 2 loose meat and cheese on a bun and a cheese fry. I accidentally called the wrong location and ended up here. I called after I went to the location I normally do, to found out where I ordered. Rushed.. when I got home I got 2 coney loose w chili..my husband doesnt like it...so his meal ruined. The salad had so many onions..I wouldn't consider it a salad. Received and charged for an extra fry...??? One tiny cup of cheese..made for 5 fries what do we use for the other fries?... no consideration that I went to the wrong location to make fresh fries.. everyone was overwhelmed behind the counter. They were friendly though. Better training for customer service taking orders correctly, letting people know the location, and some empathy for the client. And wasted my $10. Earned on mediocre wrong food.

I literally sat there for 30 minutes, looked every waitress in the eye as they passed by completely got ignored. Couldn’t even get one of them to ask me what I wanted to drink to start my order. Nothing complete lack of any type of service.

We were greated with a smile and seated right away. Our server was helpful and on top of what we needed. Our food was very hot and yummy!!

New Year’s Day was busy. But during our experience we won’t be back. Our waitress Mackela (spelling could be off). Seem she forgot about us. When I asked for my bill she was in the kitchen! No hair net. Why? Who knows. Then she was yelling and cussing about other waitresses. Sorry but I do not want to hear about your drama on the floor. Very unprofessional. You lost me and my family.
