Front counter people need a serious attitude change. The manager even is rude, not a smile in the room beside Danielle. It's actually ridiculous. No one is ever greeted or even talk to. They just look at you like why are you here. Corporate needs to come in and clean house.

Is was okay like the mall Chinese used to be but its not the same i prefer Perkin or Thai food both On Gratiot the honey walnut shrimp was the best thing I got but it gets old can't eat to much

Horrible service, called ahead said order would be done, had to wait 30 extra minutes. Just walk in it's faster.
Ordered two honey walnut shrimp Bowls one bowl is only half full after up charging ordered three two piece veggie wraps which should have came up to six bucks she basically forced me to order a medium entree which is only six veggie rolls which should obviously be six bucks but she charged me $8.70 one of my bowls is literally half the size of the other one like come on man now what am I supposed to do waste my time to go back up there? I won't be going back
The customer service was absolutely horrible. The Chinese or filipino lady never greeted me walking in the restaurant or while I was standing in front of the register for 20 minutes which is ridiculous and none of the other employees greeted me either. Then a man walked right in the restaurant and was greeted.The employees are rude and lack customer service skills. I was treated poorly as customer and I won’t be returning. SHUT THIS RESTAURANT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!
I went through the drive thru. The associate was rude. I asked for a few sauces and chopsticks nope. The food was good but not hot.

I went thru drive thru. Girl said she's only one there can u plz come in. I walked in there were 4 workers there. Waited 20 min in line. Oriental girl had attitude and very cheap with food amount. The other lady was very generous with food. The older lady very nice. The oriental young girl should not b customer service. My first time there and last time.

This place is notoriously bad at fulfilling orders. Pay the extra money and get it from doordash at another location. Every time theyve screwed up our orders so bad we had to then drive allll the way there (30 min round trip) and get it fixed... paid doordash fees for Nothing. They Don't Care, at all.
Very spotty quality of food too. Just had it yesterday and the supergreens weren't cooked or seasoned... worst I've ever had.
I'm easy to please and I've given it a couple times and Just No.
Who ever was working the drive thru window today (6 Dec) at 1245 had a very horrible attitude for no reason. She seemed more about having funny conversations with her fellow employee than serving the customers via the window. And made it seem like I asked the world when I asked for soy sauce.

I advise no one to go to this prejudice. Disrespectful Panda Express, I was in there. A man and his daughter. I am not prejudiced, but it was a white man and his daughter. They came in and Just told the store manager that she forgot to put their food in their bag. She just made them more food. I'm standing there watching. Didn't verify at all when I got home. I checked my food. I asked her specifically to not just give me all vegetables to make sure I get some meat in my mushroom chicken. I called her on the phone. I will not say my nationality. But it is different from the man and his daughter she was rude. She did not want to do anything to make the situation right? I feel that this is a terrible travesty. When I go to spend my hard ear money at this restaurant? She is the worst. I advise no one to go to this. Trying to express ever again unless you want to be treated with less than respect that, you should deserve when you're going to spend your money unacceptable!
And this store manager's name is Jesse. Advise you go to the one in row, oak or some other 1. She will hang up on you. Disrespect, you treat other nationalities better than they would treat. You felt very racist
Kid-friendliness: She is not friendly at all very disrespectful. You should get the correct amount of pool for what you're paying for like. I said she laughed on the phone and hung up on me. I called the corporate office. I still have not yet heard back from them. I'm trying to give them some time because of Thanksgiving. We can, but this is terrible. That's experiences made me not want to eat. This Japanese panic Express ever again. Makes me want to go strictly chinese

The place was very dirty on the inside is a lady in there with a grandkids she was in there wiping all the tables down food up under the tables bathrooms not clean

This food is trash. Noodles straight out the pack, not stir fried and dry as hell. Food bland. Won’t be returning to this joint.
