My plate had a piece of lettuce in it Why is lettuce in my food I never had this happen before and I come here a lot also my boyfriend ordered both of us a drink He said no ice in both the drinks but when we got to the window she said they didn't have the flavor I wanted so I got a lemonade it had ice in He gave it back to her she went away from the drink machine to the back with the cup and then came back and handed it to him she scooped the ice with her hand that had a dirty glove on that she been touching money and it still had pieces of ice in the cup 😕 if you dumped it why does it still have ice in it but why did you go to the back with my cup and she had an attitude as well but once again why was it lettuce in my Chinese food 🤢🤮

Went through drive through and got the plate combo. Got home and one had one meat and a boat load of dry noodles. I had to work and couldn’t go back so I tried calling, no answer.

The food was ice cold. They forgot to turn on the burners . They didn't make it right, or offer anything. The girl said, next time you come back I'll make sure you get hot food. I'm not going back.

I'm a regular at this Panda Express and have been generally very happy with the service and food. I sometimes go around 10:30 when they're still ramping up so sometimes not every dish is ready but they will ask what I want and make it. From about 11:45-12:45 they can be very busy so expect a short wait as it is served cafeteria style if you go in. This Panda has a drive thru as well as inside service and seating. Today I had a plate with Black Pepper Sirloin Steak, Honey Sesame Chicken, and Fried Rice. The rice and chicken were ready and fresh and they made the steak for me in about 5 minutes. I have seen them run out of some dishes during peak lunch rush but they're very good about making more when it gets low and I've never waited more than a few minutes. The food at Panda Express is good for fast food Chinese and is consistent. The consistent part is important for me as when I find a dish (or four) that I love, I want it to be good every time. Here, it is. My fave four are: Black Pepper Sirloin Steak, Honey Sesame Chicken, SweetFire Chicken Breast, and Beijing Beef. The veggies in the BP Steak are wonderful and worth the little extra. The staff is very friendly and work hard to please customer's requests. If you want fast & good Chinese in Roseville; Panda Express on Gratiot is the place.
