Every now and then you get some not so appetizing food. Mostly lack of freshness, quality can be excused due to chain enterprise. But usually pretty good so 4/5 stars. Avoid big lines though, can be slow.
Let me just say my customer service that evening and the sweet/sour and hot mustard condiments were GR8T!! And I hoped the food would be too..NOT!!! I have no clue why ths place is always packed. That was the reason I tried it again after ovr 10 years. I had the fried rice with orange chicken and beef and broccoli. Fried rice with no flavor. And both my meats were a mystery. So done..
One word…IA, your staff and Manager…she is Amazing!!! An absolute plus and major asset to your team and organization. Not only is she very attentive to detail and the customer’s needs, she does it with an Award Winning Attitude!!! It was a pleasure being serviced by her and witness the joy she exhibited in doing her job well!!! Her personality lit up the whole restaurant!!! Promote her!!! Thank you!!!
