Stay clear from this location! It has the worst service ever. I ordered the half french dip sandwich and soup. First off they always claim in the drive thru that receipts are available. And I waited 15 minutes for my order only to get a cup of broth instead of chicken noodles soup without noodles. This meal costs me $16.00. Like how dare you! The sandwich definitely didn't take 15 minutes to grill. Panera Bread used to be really good but it's just nasty and over priced. Teenagers are hired more and more.

Waited more than 25 minutes into the drive through for 1 sandwich with only 2 cars in front of me. Only to get a terrible sandwich. It was the caprese garden one and instead of arugula and basil… it was full of cilantro stems. It also barely had any mozzarella. The tomatoes couldn’t have been thinner. Not worth the $10.50 it cost. Wouldn’t be worth $3.

So this happens almost every time I go here. Get to drive thru, 2 cars ahead of me, and next thing I know I’ve been sitting for 30 minutes, no joke. If you go here ide probably go in or order inside pick up. Really the only Panera close by so I still go hoping it will be better but it never is, so beware!

Do not get delivery through them- it's actually doordash, but still the contents of your order will ALWAYS be wrong and missing items. The dude tried to shift blame to doordash even though THEIR DRIVERS do not prepare the orders.
After 3 bad delivery experiences, it's time for a review of their half ass work ethics. From food being slopped together to straight up missing and acting like it's the customers fault for their missing order items, disgusting customer service practices. And oh you're gonna give me a credit for food y'all misplaced prior to delivery? That's some stupid joke. The tone of both employees made it sound like their mistake was ours to deal with.. from tone to verbage. I don't care if a 3rd party delivered it, you prepared it and screwed up, you fix the problem regardless of 3rd party delivery services. As someone who worked customer service for over 15 yrs, in and out of the food industry, this is appalling customer service, especially on such an expensive order.
I will never consider this establishment anything but a drive thru option from now on, because obviously the employees and management don't give a damn about completing orders before having them picked up and whatever problems they create become the customers to deal with.

The food I had was pretty good.They just need to restock and clean up the beverage and when customers is in there eating , they shouldn't be sweeping around , they could keep it a little bit more cleaner in the dining area

Everything taste great. But the cinnamon roll was a bit too sweet. They just need to cut the sugar on that one back a bit to enjoy. And their prices are a bit high. I spent $60 to get a few items for me and 2 neighbors .
Great food, soup is wonderful, salads are very delicious too,and my favorite dessert is the kitchen sink cookie. There is plenty of seating area, and parking. Highly recommend.

this is by far my favorite panera location. i was feeling ill this morning, stopped by for some soup, smoothie and an apple. it honestly helped my sickness , i feel way better than i did hours ago. also their apples are really good and fresh. please don’t swap out where you get your apples from. best apple i had in a LONG time lol. and the staff is very friendly. this location #1 in my book. thanks panera <3
