This restaurant needs to be shut down. The quality of food that we received was pathetic. The management is even worse. Lawrence was so disrespectful, and hung up the phone on us twice when we asked his name. Reported to corporate because all we wanted was our food. Trash food trash people trash restaurant.

I am beyond angry. They had the French onion soup on the menu online not saying almost sold out or anything! We place an order with my soup on it, my boyfriend picks up the food and my soup is not even a QUARTER of the way full. We call, they tell us we can run back up and get a new one along with a pastry. My boyfriend goes back up and they said “well there is none left that’s why it wasn’t filled all the way”. WHAT? You just told us to come back up and grab one!!! Also, no free pastry. Staff is rude and incompetent of doing a pretty easy job. We will NOT be coming back because this is not the first time.

Sat in the line waaaaay tooooo long. Ordered tea, the water was sooooo hot, you're easily scalded. The top came loose, and the pin hole was shooting hot steam. Turn that temp down before is seriously injured. Bagel, no butter, not cut in half, not toasted....NOTHING quite disappointing.

I never eat at Panera, my girl does. Got 2 bagels for 7 dollars and some change. Which I thought is crazy.. ask for them toasted. They toasted and just threw in bag. With cream cheese on side.. I was like they just throw in bag like this. Not even individual wrapped. How nasty. I wonder if they worn gloves. For over 7 dollars those lazy workers could put my cream cheese on. Loosers

Found hair in my sandwich and they didn’t give me what I wanted. I ordered a bacon rancher. Best believe there was no bacon. On top of that the mac n cheese that I ordered was halfway filled😂. This Panera is a joke. The customer service is also horrible #Next!! Highly disturbed.
