Did not go in order of getting my meal to me. I waited 20 mins after ordering. Many orders that came in after me were fulfilled before mine. I didn't get mine until I had to say something to them.

Sat in the line waaaaay tooooo long. Ordered tea, the water was sooooo hot, you're easily scalded. The top came loose, and the pin hole was shooting hot steam. Turn that temp down before is seriously injured. Bagel, no butter, not cut in half, not toasted....NOTHING quite disappointing.

This place has gone down hill. Today I recieved my online order in a ripped bag. I drove all the way home to see they put my soup in side ways so it spilled all over my car due to the ripped bag. On top of that I didnt get the bacon or Avocado on my sandwich which I PAID for while putting very little meat on the sandwich.
What a rip off.
