Called in an order over the phone. Said they had a $10 large pizza as an ad and the order ended up being over $20 no idea what the deal was, pretty annoying. I used to really love pizza hut, my friend said it wasn't really that good and it was cold. Pretty disappointed.

Ordered through Pizza Hut app for delivery, DoorDash dropped off my order missing the 2 liter. 1) tried getting ahold of driver and got no response. 2) called number for store listed on google which took me to a corporate place, who told me I need the store and transferred me. The line rang a few times then just stopped. 3) I then emailed Pizza Hut through the app. I got a fairly fast response which just apologized and thanked me for “bringing the matter to their attention”. No mention of any way to get my missing product that I paid for, or refund or anything.
