Donna who checked me out at the register was absolutely awful 😖 she seemed so unhappy I asked for crackers 3 times she ignored me, didn't show mw where the drink cups where. Charged me for soup but didn't give it to me amd rolled her eyes when I asked where it was and rudely said what kimd? She should get retraining or work in a department where she isnt in front of customers. Really messes up the experience The other 2 ladies who made my food were amazing and helpful as it was my 1st time there.

I felt rushed and crew member Failed to confirm my request of my sub before putting my son in the oven I asked for bacon the crew member cut me off and told me he already put my sub in oven. I was never asked how I wanted my sub prepared or did not have option to add bacon. I will no be back.

Amiya was rude and nasty needs to be re trained in customer service, came through the drive thru, and didn't have my glasses she was rude and had a very nasty when i asked what soups do you have. Her response was their under soups on the menu. Wow .... all I can say is have a nice day, unbelievable

Workers don't seem to listen to your order, constantly re-asking what you order, and then they still get it wrong. Today it was missing tomatoes. Very unorganized. Pretty sure they gave me a mistake sub that they needed to get rid of

Horrible customer service. Probably the worst one I ever been to in life; the staff was not professional and does not even speak to customers when they come in; and left me unattended for at least 15 mins before addressing me and I was the only customer in line… three staff members were in the store. I will never come back to this location……….. I don’t recommend going there

I try to avoid ANYTHING Roseville and this confirmed why. I ordered a Wreck which is supposed to have Swiss cheese. There was no cheese whatsoever. I said "the works" which is supposed to come with all toppings...barely any mayo, no mustard... I was also told that the sandwich is toasted (HOT). The sandwich was cold as if they pulled the deli meat out of the fridge and slapped it on some bread. 😒 I will continue to drive to the Troy location where my food has yet to disappoint.
