I went in to order instead of placing my order online because the last time I placed an online order I had a bad experience so I figured if I just order it it will be fine it’s made right in front of me! Food was fine this time! I ordered a mini bowl and a 8oz queso and chips! I told the cashier I have a reward for the chips and queso she proceeds to tell me that my total is still 14.79 I said how if the chips and queso is $2 and bowl is $7 plus tax that’s $9 and some change she said no you have a large queso I said something is not right! The manager comes over humps his shoulders deducts $2 and says there it’s $12.67 the manager showed no concern as to what the issue was at all had he asked I would have told him that I had a reward for the queso and chips that made it cost $2 not get $2 off but he always seems irritated! Even when I placed an online order before he was scrambling like he was trying to do everything being a food service worker myself I appreciate the hard work but the unsanitary messy and unprofessionalism that he has displayed is unacceptable a manager! When I mention reporting the overcharge he replied you don’t have to do that I can take care of it but you didn’t want to take care of it while I’m standing in your face! Please provide your staff with proper training so that they will know how they are supposed to ring items so customers can use their rewards properly!

They were out of steak and chicken an hour and a half before closing.I ordered a bowl with steak on the app 6 hours before pickup. As the guy made the bowl he said that I would get a free meal for next time and then didn't give it to me. I can't depend off this place anymore. I'll check back in a couple years. Maybe they'll have a manager that can manage inventory better.

I love Qdoba, I went today, haven't been in awhile had a taste for a bowl, but this location is a big disappointment they are very unpleasan, it's dirty, food all over the place they are very sloppy when making my food the young lady was slanging beans and sauce all over the place, and I forgot to mention no one had a hair net on, hair slanging everywhere 🤮I turned around and walked out went to the new location in Saint Clair shores, very clean and nice, the guy was very neat preparing my bowl, they need new managers at the Roseville location to get that place in order, cause that's where it starts with the manger, the young folks are so rude, have no customer service etiquette at all.....

Food was ok but when you ask for the little extras and pay for them, and the ppl that work here can’t even get the simple orders right. Or throw in the cutlery’s so we can actually eat the food. It’s like no wonder you can’t get a real job because they can’t even do a simple job. Such as get a food order correct.

I’m pregnant, my husband stopped in to get us dinner. He asked that the ground beef if the ground beef for my bowl could be put back onto the grill to make sure it at a safe pregnancy temperature. The cook refused to do so until after they washed all the dishes. We waited for a little while, but it was obvious that the cook was unwilling to oblige a simple request. I told my husband to leave. Qdoba will not be receiving our business in the future. 🤞🏽

I eat here at least once weekly…ordered a chicken bowl but barely had any chicken. I had already made it home so I didn’t return to the store to complain
Got delivery from here and wondering if anybody even read the order slip… I got 2 habanero lime steak bowls instead of the habanero lime steak bowl and brisket bowl. The brisket bowl was for my 8 year old and the habanero steak is too hot for her to eat. 😡 won’t be ordering from this location again
