Less than pleasant store to walk into. Filthy, broken chairs, broken pop machine, dirty tables and floors.I ordered a carry out online. The order was disgusting. All wrong. I ordered a bowl with grilled fajita veggies and they were terrible, mushy and tastes like yesterday leftovers. I had to pick the peppers out, there were no onions. Missing the cheese. It was awful.The chicken quesadilla I ordered was also terrible. My kids wouldn’t eat it. That’s when I realized the cheese was burnt to the tortilla on the OUTSIDE, not inside. Who does that? When did that change?We won’t be back here. We’ll try a local establishment next time. Trying to call the location and after 17 minutes of on hold, auto prompts to never getting anyone to pick up I gave up. Was absurd as there were so many doing nothing when I went to pick up our food.

Food was absolutely terrible. Taste like yesterday’s left over grilled veggies. Extra cooked super mushy. Missing toppings. Called to try to resolve via phone but no one answers after almost 10 minutes. Even though when I just picked it up there are several people in there working and no one could pick up the phone, just their cellphones I guess. Next time I’ll use the door dash pick up app so I can at least get a refund for this crap.
This location was very disgusting inside also. Used to be one of the nicer ones. Not anymore.

My wife and I just left this establishment and arrived at 8:40 PM. They had no brown rice , no chicken, no cheese dip . Was told it would take 40 minutes for any of the 3 items . My wife and I both had steak that was cold and tasteless, corn was just bland and tasteless , beans cold as well . It was just horrible. Felt bad for my wife as she worked all day and requested we eat here . She mentioned that she never had a bad experience at the franchise but this time it was just disgusting . This was my first experience with the franchise and my last . We discarded most of our meals and 33 dollars was the cost of our meals that was simply a waste of money . I heard such good things about the franchise to only experience nothing good . All the hot sauces on the tables had no tops ? Not only on the table we chose but the others as well ? Found it strange . The whole experience was just a nightmare and done with it for life . Ewww

Although the customer service was not a problem at all, the food was not at all what I'm used to getting. I come here regularly. I wanted to get a steak bowl, but when they scooped it into the bowl it was pink and not done at all. So I got chicken instead, and once I got home and started eating, that did not taste completely done either. I'm not sure why they decided to start cooking the steak and chicken medium rare, but if this is the way it'll be prepared from now on I'll pass. Really disappointed prior to this I have not had a bad experience here.

Ordered online, and when I got to restaurant to pick it up. I was told everything I ordered they were out of. Now I have to fight with Uber eats to get my money back. They should just give it back because they received it.

The individual starting my order barely put a complete scoop of chicken on my burrito. Appeared to be higher than a kite and could barely keep their eyes open. The chicken was more dry than the Sahara desert. Couldn't get shrimp because they didn't have any prepared. The individual didn't even ask if I wanted to wait for the shrimp either, just asked me what else I wanted.

This is absolutely the worst restaurant!!! The sevice is absolutey terrible (it is like you are bothering them) and the food is one small step above garbage. Nasty RUDE workers. Won’t be back to this location anymore. The woman with short locks is always nasty and condescending every time I come in. Also dirty and is noticeably not cleaned on a daily basis.

Extremely disorganized mess! Ordered food at 8:10, said it would be ready around 8:21, don't get food until 8:57! Kept taking people's orders and did not acknowledge 6+ people waiting for pickup. Tried to get their attention, but no one looked and left us all in confusion. Then when we got home and opened the bag up, it did not include the chips we ordered. Not going back!
