Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I ordered carryout. When I got back to my house I realized that my order had been messed up. Honest mistake. I called the restaurant and talked to the manager, Ashlee. She was very kind and professional. She replaced my order and personally delivered it to my house and threw in a $15 gift certificate. Now that is going above and beyond to make it right! Thank you Ashlee!

My brother and I come here pretty often. We came today and have had some of the best service we have had yet. Our server, Jessica, made sure our drinks were never empty and had everything we asked for instantly after we asked for it. Could not have asked for better.

Went to the Roseville Red Robin’s for my granddaughter 11th birthday. There were 6 adults and 6 children. Our servers name was Wan. Wan did a phenomenal job of getting all our orders promptly delivered to us. He also gave ballon’s and personalized each one with a character of there choice freestyle. His drawing skills were on point. He was attentive and interactive with us all. We enjoyed our time together and was so grateful for the great service provided by WAN. Wan is definitely an asset to your company and went above and beyond in his customer service skills.
