Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I must say this place was amazing. Me and the wife went here for our date today and the food was wonderful. 43 years of living I never ate the burger with onions and tomato. Today was my first time and I’m glad I had a chance to enjoy it. The cook did a wonderful job and Mychala was the best anyone could have asked for. Thank you so much For making our experience, very pleasurable. We will definitely be coming back.

We (3 adults and 1 child) came here for lunch today and no one ever came to our table to take our order, offer water… nothing. My mother went to the hostess to ask what was going on because a waitress came to take the order of a table that was seated after us, that waitress rudely stated, “they’re not one of my tables.” After 20 minutes we got up left to grab food someplace else. So disappointing.

I try not to leave negative reviews here because every place can have an off day. However, we stopped visiting this location a couple years ago because there always seems to be some kind of problem. The only reason we visited today was because our children's school was having a fundraiser. Our visit started with us arriving at 6:45 and having to wait more than 30 minutes for a table for a party of 5. This was despite almost half of the tables didn't even have people seated. I know normally Tuesdays are slow for restaurants but management should have staffed up knowing about the fundraiser and been ready for a busier than average Tuesday.
After ordering it probably took another 20 minutes for our food to hit the table, which wasn't awful considering the wait we already had. The problems here came when two of my children were served mac and cheese that was still in the plastic bag that it comes frozen in. Not only is that the fact of the cook who put that in the service window, it's also the fault of the food runner who brought the food to the table. My wife also complained that her chicken wrap was served room temperature.
The last issue came about 15 after being served. Our waitress came by to ask about refills for anyone. My children asked for refills on their mac and cheese as well as more fries. The mac and cheese took another 15 minutes but we were waiting for fries for over 20 minutes.
Maybe we'll try this location again in another couple years to see if management has gotten any better, but in the meantime we will continue to drive out of our way to visit the location on Hall Rd. instead.

The last two times I went here the food wasn’t the same as earlier days gone by. Fantastic before however, the last two times the food was prepared seemingly in a hurry. The pineapple was tooo big for the sandwich, and the other time the onions tasted like they were old not crunchy. Tasted like paper was in the sandwich, the cheese wasn’t melted both times.

I just left and the food was amazing. service was top tier.. but I wanted to give a special shout out to the hostess/busser Lexi! She was working HARD all with a smile on her face. Me being in the restaurant industry for 10+ years should mean something when I say Ms. Lexi up front is one of a kind and any restaurant would want her working for them.

Seating people, making sure her servers where okay, getting water , ice , beverages for tables and cleaned tables .. she did it all!

Food was great and was out quick. The only complaint is the bathrooms. THE SMELL of whatever cleaner or air freshener is so OVERWHELMINGLY strong it's nauseating. You can even smell it out by the host stand, that's how strong it is. Besides the smell, the bathroom doors have like 4 inch cracks and it makes it really uncomfortable when you're using the restroom and somebody can literally see all of you. If the bathroom issues were fixed it would be 5 stars.

Food and service are excellent, great happy hour beer selection and prices, definitely recommend Red's Double.

Went for my wife's birthday our server wan was awesome, very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was good as always. I had the burning love burger.

Our waitress Cara was incredible.
The food was unbelievably delicious, and the atmosphere was enjoyable.
I'm unhappy with the price of the food. I think it's a tad overpriced, but what isn't these days.

Food has really gone downhill. Always cold & really greasy now. Eww. Wait staff forgets about you, but you see them regularly messing with their phones. It's frustrating when you're finally given your COLD $20.00 burger.

Terrible experience, took my grandmother here for her 78th birthday and when we asked for her free burger that they promise people on their birthday they said we can’t give you one you can get that next year on your birthday like are you kidding me🤦🏻‍♂️ not to mention we had a party of 21 people so i dont understand what the issue was
