Had a great experience here...They came thru for my family and I for my mother's 70 bday!!A delicious strawberry red velvet ice cream cake...Definitely should try.

Customer service wasn't great. None of the employees greeted us even after standing there for a minute, we had to ask if we were ordering from the correct end of the counter. It wasn't a welcoming feeling.We ordered ice cream and a caramel apple and asked for the apple to be cut for eating. The employee did a terrible job cutting the apple, it was cut into four sloppy pieces and a thumb print was visible near the stick. I have purchased the apples many times from other locations and it has never been done this way.
