So this was the second time I went in for lunch and both times had to send the steak back three times and the fourth time it was still wrong. I eventually just gave up just on the first steak and ate it. With the first time management didn't do anything to make it right (take off bill, give something free), the second time they took it off my bill and I ordered a medium hamburger thinking that they couldn't mess it up and they still cooked that one at a well mark.

The food is decent and the service staff are nice. There is a weird odor that I cannot describe from the minute you walk inside. It's neither a terrible or good smell. Maybe a cleaner they use is to blame?

My girls and I went to dinner there and the waiter messed up our order from bringing the wrong drinks to a rare steak and my daughter wanted well done. They forgot my daughters salad and my dipping sauce for my shrimp and then the salad bar was nasty and all spoons for the dressings was placed in the wrong bowls!

Service was super slow. Took 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order then another 15 minutes for us to get our drinks and it wasn't busy in there at all. The air was turned on so we were freezing. (It is February! No need for air conditioning). Prices are way too high for the food quality and service also. The waitress didn't check on us really and didn't ask if we wanted refills. Then had to wait forever until we could finally get ahold of our waitress to get our bill. We will not be coming back.

I should've known this was not where I wanted to dine when we pulled up the parking lot was empty. Every member of the staff looked grubby and dusty. Shirts untucked, uncombed hair and overall raggedy looking. Our waitress was nice but she took the drink order but didn't fullfill it for 15 minutes. We had to keep flagging her down for silverware and condiments because she was at another table eating. We ended up asking a different employee for a box.

She walked past our booth as she went to the empty one across from us, kneeled in it and proceeded to take our order from there! Her service and behavior was the worst I'd ever seen! We left because clearly our presence nor the fact that we were paying customers was valuable there!!!!

Came on a Saturday night. Was not busy at all. Almost nobody there. My family and I walked in and waited for 10 min for someone to seat us. I even walked to the bar. No one in site. Finally a white bald headed middle aged man saw me looking for help and went strait to the back. Walk right out and continued to do whatever it was that he was doing. Before him actually, two ladies saw us waiting as well. One was walking around, the other putting plates at the salad bar. Couldn’t believe it. Explains why it was empty on a Saturday night but Apple bees and chills had an hour wait. After no one to seat us or even say hi, we left.
