Bro I went through the drive through and asked for a protein matcha they gave me milk and flavoring like what… I poured some of it out thinking it was like foam but then I just realized there was no matcha or anything.

Walk to the register, stood there for 5 minutes while 5 employees surrounded it and NO ONE greeted me or said “we will be right with you”, NOTHING. Then finally the employee BELLA took my order and after asking for her suggestions on a particular drink I tipped her when I cashed out, even though she wasn’t that pleasant. Then I waited 30 minutes for my drink. I didn’t complain because they were busy so I let go. Once I finally received my drink, I thought it was made good so I went back to say THANK YOU and the employee BELLA didn’t even acknowledge that I was talking to her! Everyone else replied back to me but her so she blatantly ignored me for whatever reason, when all I was trying to say was thank you. Just VERY RUDE. I’m actually mad I tipped her.

I will never be back at this location. The staff goes out of their way to ignore customers waiting at the register but the line in the drive through moves just as slow. I would be okay with waiting for a drink but they aren’t even made right when they finally get it to you. Save yourself the hassle and go to the Dunkin’ across the street.

imagine having to buy something for them to give you a FREE pup cup. never has an issue before today. wether its a corporate change or this specific location it’s cheap and just a money grab. screw there overpriced coffee if that’s how the company is going to be

Everytime I come here I’m always greeted by a smile and a warm welcome by my barista her name is Liz! Love the team at the Gratiot Starbucks!

Every time I visit the Roseville Starbucks it is an amazing experience!! Liz and her employees go above and beyond to make each visit a great one! I will continue to visit this location!!

This location is the closet one to my house and this team is the best at time management for the customers. Liz has really turned that location around for the better!
