The service that I got from a young lady named Kelly was about the worst thing I've experienced in quite a while, I grabbed a bag of popcorn to help fulfill her order for me and she proceeded to tell me to put that down I'll grab it when I'm ready and rolled her eyes at me the manager then interceded and I proceeded to tell her what happened and she was very kind and considerate with me unbelievable was looking to help a person then got braided for doing so terrible experience

This starbucks is LOUD!!!!!!!! Not because of the people its loud because of the music The manager is rude she is not a pleasant person and they play nothing but hard rock music they never play jazz or music you can think with, I really think they turn the music way up so people can leave the dinning space, this is the worst Starbucks I have ever went visited.

Placed a mobile order and arrive at the store with a sign stating that the drive thru is open. It is extremely inconvenient to sit in a drive thru line with 15 cars ahead of me, at that point I wouldn’t have even online ordered. They should’ve not even allowed mobile ordering if they were not going to allow guests to come in and pick up.

The nice gentleman working at the drive thru window was very sweet and patient when my Apple Pay wasn't working, I wish I knew his name so I could say thank you, today was a horrible day and honestly he made it so much better! Amazing people here

To be very honest, I try to avoid this location for this reason....this location is VERY SLOW! Don't get me wrong, my drink was made precisely the way I asked for it (reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1) but it took FOREVER!! Not sure if more employees are needed or what, but the long wait is a turnoff!
