I'm a very consistent regular at 3 specific locations with this being one of them. Never once have I ever had bad food, a drink made wrong or bad service. Unfortunately, today broke that for me. My drink was great, however my service was not. I know starbucks holds themselves to a pretty high standard when it comes to customer service. As we got to the drive through speaker, we were greeted with "hi". Nothing after. We waited a minute before just saying our order. Then she responded with with "okay". One word answers. We both figured she must be new, but I still would expect a little more customer service. As we got to the window, she took my phone inside & closed the window then scanned it, waited a minute before she gave it back. Then my drink came up & she just handed it to us. Not a single word spoken while interacting with her at the window. I Then asked for a stopper & just got a blank stare. I asked again & she finally gave me one. The entire interaction from start to finish consisted of literally her saying ONLY TWO words the entire time. I know this is a training situation but I felt this needed to be addressed.

Wait times get pretty long at times and they don’t always fill your cup the way they should. But it’s Starbucks. Really expensive mostly good beverages.

Young lady wearing hijab has no customer service skills whatsoever. No matter how great the coffee always is at this location, her service never fails to leave a bad taste in my mouth. This has been on more than one occasion in the last couple months. She is also the only barista at any Starbucks I've been to that demands you hold the card machine while she walks off at the window. It takes 2-3 seconds for the transaction to approve so why do I need to sit there with my arm hanging out the window holding your credit card reader in the drive-thru like a dummy for another 20 seconds. Just weird

Super Delicious endless flavors to pick from; Coffee, Expresso, Frappuccino, Latte,Expresso, Cappacino, Hot, Cold, drinks; You name it - They've got it! Don't forget to try one of their yummy Sandwiches too! They also offer brownies and juice! Let's drink, Let's eat! They have the most friendly hosts and hostesses at this location too! Yes, There is also an Outdoor Patio here and even a Drive-thru!
Parking: There is plenty of room to park here as well.
