the time management here sucks. it took 20 minutes for the baristas to make an iced chai. former starbucks employee here, 4 pumps of syrup and a little bit of ice and milk took them TWENTY MINUTES to make. the morning shift around 10am SUCKS.

My hubby and I came here briiight and early,I'm talking 4 am. We were surprised at how good the coffee was. Not to say that the employees at this location are lacking, it's just that we've had off experiences at other shops when arriving so early. The place is neat, quiet and the staff are always polite.

I ordered an iced London Fog Latte, it was the worst drink I have ever purchased from Starbucks. There’s not even any tea bags in the cup. It tasted like icy syrupy water, what a waste of money.
