8:30 this morning, while my wife was still alseep. I went for some breakfast crunch wraps. As i got there, 2 employees were walking in, and they waved to me to leave even tho they were supposed to be open. Didnt even try to tell me im gonna have to wait since they just got there. Even tho they were 30 minutes late!!

Rude rude rude autistic man running the place, tried telling me it was my fault my order was messed up.... I'll take my business elsewhere smh .... This guy at Taco Bell told me to take the food I brought back and give it to my dog for all he cares!!!! WOW

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to and there was nothing fast about this food. I pulled into the drive-through at about 6:15 PM and did not leave the drive-through until roughly 6:40 PM. Now, yes it was my choice to wait however, there’s no reason why this should’ve taken as long as it did. Whoever was working the drive-through window was dead silent, and I didn’t even know if somebody was there until maybe 10 minutes of sitting at the speaker and she finally said something. When I finally got up to the window, it was another long wait. Again, I know it was my choice to wait, but I really wanted my nachos. When I finally get my food, it looks like everything is correct. I can tell my nachos are there so I leave.
Lo and behold, I get home and start to unpack the order only to realize the sticker on the side of the bag reads nothing of what I ordered. Because the service was so slow, and there was no communication from staff, I will just keep the food I have…thankfully whomever ordered all this also got nachos, so there’s a silver lining there. Upon further inspection, the order in the bag has a bunch of food in it that wasn’t on the order sticker either. Unbelievable…thanks for the extra tacos though? Not that anyone is ever gonna read this and not that Taco Bell cares, but I will definitely be avoiding this location in the future.

They make you come into the lobby for things like Uber eats, they say it's because of bag thefts. They constantly claim to be closed late at night, never have anyone in the windows and I see people sleeping in the lobby. At time like 12:00 and 2am despite their hours being open till 3am. They seem to lie about anything so they don't have to work after midnight. It's rare to get an order out of them after midnight.

Unacceptable service and complete lack of professionalism.
I came in and ordered three sandwiches, paid cash, and left. When I opened the bag, every item had cheese, even though my order clearly said no cheese — I’m allergic.
I went back inside calmly, explained the mistake, and was told they’d remake the order. I waited over 10 minutes, watching multiple customers get served at the counter and through the drive-thru, while mine — a simple soft potato taco and bean burrito — wasn’t even started yet.
Just because I was polite and patient does not mean it’s okay to ignore me. When I finally asked for a refund because I had to get back to work, the employee turned her back on me and said I’d have to wait until she finished other people’s food first. No apology, no sense of urgency — just rudeness and attitude.
I asked for the manager, still remained calm, but was ignored again. Then she even complained about me to other staff while I was standing there. Completely unprofessional.
No customer deserves to be treated like that — especially when they’re respectful and simply asking for a corrected order or refund. If management allows this kind of behavior, it reflects terribly on the entire store.

Walked in to wash my hands before I placed an order. The door to the men's bathroom was unlocked and saw a female employee with dimple piercings in her back slumped on the floor, asked if she was ok and she stood up and locked the door. Left the establishment immediately.

Unfortunately I have to change my rating from a five star to a one star rating dayshift crew are very nice respectful fixe the food properly but the evening crew is terrible. Orders are always messed up. Food is always cooked improperly place the Mobile 📱 order last week just for my husband to get there and they tell him that they ran out of beef so they had to cancel my order so we weren’t able to get our food that evening. My next visit I went back the following week and the pop had ran out and so the guy that was working, he actually tried to give me some water down pop and I asked him to give me some fresh pop so he had an slights attitude about that because he actually didn’t want to change the pop out, but at least I was able to get some fresh pop. And of course I went back again the other night I ordered a chicken Cantina taco and of course it was burnt so I wasn’t able to eat it so I had to go back a couple days later to get a replacement for the burnt one that they sold me. I have added the picture of my burnt chicken cantina taco. It’s very unfortunate that the day crew have to suffer the consequences from their night Crew changes need to be made.
Decided to go to get some food last night 10/08/2025 I thought I had a bit so good experience but last night was the worst. Evening crew is very unsanitary, I watched one of the employees go outside and come back in walked up to the handwashing station, grab gloves and not re-wash his hands and continue to prepare food. Another young man answered the phone after he was finished he could continue preparing food without switching his gloves as well. One of the young man when he was told that some of my order was incorrect and didn’t see the chicken. He began to dig through the food to show me that he had put chicken on it so I politely ask him to remake my son‘s food after touching all over-the-counter and digging through the food. Also, he was supposed to remake my loaded beef nachos, which he did not. Instead, he threw a nacho Bell grande together. I will share the picture of that because that’s not what I asked for. If you ever plan on going to get food your best bet is to go early in the day.
