It is usually good and i used to like this one unfortunately the past 2 times i’ve had to wait over 20 minutes for 2 items. I ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito minus the beans and add potatoes and rice and my burrito only had rice and potatoes, no meat at all. The time before this i was charged incorrectly and had to wait around 45 minutes for my order of cinnabon's and a baja blast. Although the staff is great, it’s gone downhill.

My whole order was soggy and made wrong. The lady at the drive-thru was laughing while taking my order. Also, was laughing when handing me my order. As if she knew my food was going to be disgusting. It also took about 20 minutes to get my food with only 1 car ahead of me. Completely ruined my dinner and appetite. 🤮🤮🤮 I wish I had taken a picture.

Bruh, been waiting in the drive thru for twenty minutes, still ain't got my food, still waiting to even pay, still two cars ahead of us. Like, literally I could watch a whole episode of anime, jerk it, and take a nap in the time this drive thru is taking. If I had the groceries, I could have made a whole Mexican meal in the time I been waiting here. Really is no excuse for this.
Worst part? The drive thru is single lane, so there's no way for me to pull away and abandon the order because it's taking so long.

I walked in with another man around 4:30. A young man was using the kiosk. The 2 ladies behind the counter said we are short handed. Only doing drive up orders. The young man turned to leave, and was quickly told he could finish his order. So I got in my car and drove further to another TBell. There were 3 African American ppl and 2 Caucasians....guess which one i am.

Employees are nice food is always fresh and delicious. Most of the time I don't have any problems with my order but just know when they are short staffed you may have to wait a little longer than you would antic.
This is by far the slowest tacobell I have ever been to. Every visit is a minimum of 20 minutes, with 2 cars at the drive through or 10. Dice role of the food comes out warm or straight up cold. Thank you for reading my review of a random taco bell, which is bad.

I came by here this evening after placing a mobile order. There were only two employees in the building. I overheard the lady working say she had been dealing with this since 1pm. They both were handling the situation with grace. I was highly impressed with their demeanor and work ethic through the situation.
