Best taco bell ever...especially the worker Sharday!!

I had one of the worst experiences with this location. To start I ordered delivery through the Taco Bell app. After my order was picked up it took an hour for the Doordash delivery driver to go three miles to deliver my food. Also the driver missed my two drinks. When I went up to the restaurant to get my drinks and have them remake the food the employees refused stating my issue was with doordash and it wasn't their fault. Well it wasn't my fault either. All the employees would tell me is that they would be risking their jobs if any food was missing from inventory.after finally getting ahold of doorsdash an employee finally remade the food but not with out the comment of "at the risk of my job here I remade the food for you"I'm sorry you can't tell me that this restaurant keeps track of every ounce of food.

By far the worst Taco Bell in the area. Everytime I stop here at night, it's a 20 min wait even when I'm the 2nd car in the line. Order is wrong always. Never put sauce in the bag. I don't get how ppl can't read a screen and translate it into a meal. Sucks this is the closest one to me

Not real happy as they left out two items I ordered and paid for. CINNAMON TWIST was stale at 1am at 12 mile and Hayes location.Parking lot was clean.It seems the tacos are spicy now at some locations.

Stopped by around 12:30 this morning. Best Taco Bell I’ve had in my life. I don’t know what it was, I forgot to ask for sauce, and it was still delicious. 5 stars. 10/10
There was long hair in my burrito. They have workers with no hair nets. The manager only offered to remake the burrito as the only solution to the problem. I asked for a number for to another manager and he refused.
Service I would have given a higher rating but when I asked the younger worker a question, his response was I don't know cause I'm not making the food today. (What kind of answer is that)

I have no idea what happens here at night but 45 minutes for a crunch wrap, taco, Mexican pizza. It’s always like this. When you pull up to the speaker they’ll tell you it’s a 20 minute wait, right off rip without anyone else in line. Manager outside smoking. Do not come here after 6pm. Crazy man.
