Had the worst experience at this drive thru tonight. Me and my mom went there around 7:40 and there wasn’t any line other then one person ordering when we got up to order we were put on hold then when we got to order the guy was rushing and talking over my mom he then went and got a female employee she came to the speaker and was very rude and she was trying to rush us also she said that our food was in the bag and to pull up to the window. We weren’t even done ordering yet and my mom was trying to continue ordering and the lady was talking over her and and saying that they had a line there was only two cars behind us it got to the point where i had to say something to. Eventually we got up to the window and my mom was talking to me and the lady came over and my mom handed her the card and said calmly that we will never be returning to this place and the lady said do you still want your food and my mom was like yeah i have kids to feed and the lady walked away and my mom was talking to me and she came back and was like what did you say and she was like theres no reason to be rude to all if us she ended up just handing my mom the card back and said we could leave and my mom was like no i have kids to feed and the lady again said you can leave i again said over my mom can we pls just get our food and again the lady there was rude and ignored me and closed the window. They were just overall rude and they didn’t pay any attention to what you were ordering I definitely do not recommend coming here at all.

Worst service ever. Dude doesn't shut up so I can complete my order, then rushes me while I'm trying to order. He kept getting the order wrong. While I'm trying to ask my youngest what she wants to drink they messed up her food. Tried telling the guy he is frustrating me and he said they're frustrated as well due to the long line. There was one car in front of me and 2 that just came up behind me. I'm sorry but maybe you shouldn't work fast food if you can't handle 3 cars in drive thru. Then when I pull up and tell them I have never been treated so rudely at a fast food place. The girl then is asking me if I want my food still...like yeah I need to feed my kids. She then hands me back my card and refuses to place my order and asks me to leave. They're probably all eating my food now....Never again.

They're so rude. I waited over 22 minutes in line for my Online pickup order. It was soggy and the manager on this 5pm Tuesday shift is trying to be rude and make me take soggy food. She wants to argue that they made the food at the time the ticket was pulled and that is fine, I ordered from the car. In their parking lot, anr I still sat 22 minutes trying to get my order.

Not going back. The night shift seems like they be high or something. Have to repeat the order over and over and they won’t pay attention and kept asking me to repeat it and literally be talking to someone else or on the phone when I do..then they repeat it back and it’s not at all what I said.The quesadillas had a pinch of the jalapeño sauce and they tried to charge us $1 for sour cream since they forgot to add it when we clearly asked for it on the side.Not going back disappointed every time.

This rating is really more for the government. Because of them, even fast food is now expensive. Taco Bell used to have a much more broad value menu but now it's nothing really. Even cinnamon twists cant make the value menu anymore. Just a few years ago had much better dollar menus. Overall it's okay for price and

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would, I got here 30 minutes before close sat in the line for 20 minutes to be told that they are only accepting door dash and there’s no way to get out of the line so I just have to sit here and wait for them even longer just to get out of the line. Extremely unprofessional and lack of kindness, will NEVER go to this location again.

Food was pretty good I got the chicken quesadilla. It wasn't portioned evenly but still I am unable to place my order online and do not know what is wrong I have had it reset on tech support but it only worked for shoe orders so I'm missing my rewards because I can't redeem them really sucks. I need to figure out how they take care of orders that are dining in or drive-thru because people were waiting longer than they should.
Prices are way too high the food is not worth the price. Remember without us there is no you.
