The food was not only nasty af. but waited in line for 20 minutes after ordering on the app got to the window. Did not receive the full order after already paid for. So I asked if I could just order the missing items at the window told me no so I said I would come in and pay so I would not have to wait 20+ minutes in line. I was also told I could not come in and pay for the missing items. So I went back into the line btw only had 1 car in front of me took them around 10 minutes to just ask what I wanted to order go to the window also waited about 10-15 minutes. And all the workers that were by the window had bad ass attitudes for no reason then before I left I asked if I could have two forks. They looked at me and only handed me one. DO NOT COME HERE!!

If you have all the time in the world to wait almost 40 minutes to get your order of fries and 2 burritos, come on over to this taco bell!! I’m very understanding when it comes to fast food wait times because i work in fast food myself so i get it, but i’ve never sat in a drive thru for this long while having a whopping 2 cars in front of me. I watched the person hand off the bag to the car in front of me and it was literally a super tiny bag and it couldn’t have had more than 2 small items in it. I never thought i’d take time out of my day to make a bad review but here i am because i placed my order online at about 9:45 and didn’t get it till around 10:30. nothing about this food was fast and this just proves that some ppl just can’t handle having a job, even an easy one like taco bell. I’d be really amused watching these people try to make it anywhere in the real world when they can’t make 2 burritos and fries in 45 minutes. And if the manager is seeing this, fire your staff and start over cause no amount of re-training will fix this. Also your employees have horrible attitudes. Maybe hire a therapist while you’re replacing the rest of your lazy employees.

I love when i order items that come with any sauce on them, specifically chipotle this time, ask for extra sauce on two of my items, well one of them (cantina quesadilla) they didn't put any on at all, literally not a drop of sauce, the other a cheesy bean and rice burrito, they probably put a tsp on it. Also asked for 5 fire sauces, none in the bag. No one was in line, I only ordered 5 items, is it really that hard?

Employees here are a bit rude, I'm inside and hearing them complaining about how many tacos I ordered. I came here around 5pm on a Sunday, they charged me for green sauces and didn't give me any hot sauces despite asking for it. My brother came back to get some hot sauces and they told him some tale where they "asked me" if I wanted any hot sauces despite putting them on my order... I wasn't asked, they just chose to not put any hot sauce in my bag. This was a 2 star review till they lied about it.
Why also in decades prior I could order a tostada (as you carry all the ingredients) but the moment you bring it back they can't do it for you any more?
This location also features a bathroom where they have to "buzz" you into the bathroom. When has this become a thing and why does it not work?

Food was not filled, incorrect and served with a bad attitude. I sent my daughter in to pick up my mobile order at 730 pm today. A woman just clocked in and began yelling at my daughter about picking up a mobile order. She was rude for no reason. Waited for our food it was all soggy. Asked for no lettuce, it was wrong. Tacos were broken and not even filled correctly. Rude woman made the food it was horrible just like her attitude. 30 dollars for garbage.

DO NOT‼️ go to this Taco Bell, I ordered a quesadilla with extra jalapeño sauce and there wasn’t even a normal amount of it on there which is very aggravating when it cost more money to get extra. all I tasted was cheese. I also ordered cinnamon twist and they taste like they’ve been burnt with plastic or something I don’t know but I do know that they should not taste like that and I will not be coming to this Taco Bell anymore.

This Taco Bell is awful. The food is decent enough, but they are the slowest restaurant I’ve ever been to. I really don’t know why I keep patronizing this Taco Bell. It doesn’t matter if there’s 4 people in front of you, or 20. It’s gonna take you upwards of 20 minutes to get your food, and that’s the quickest they move. This last visit is it for me, no more for this location. They can’t handle business and don’t know how to make orders in the order they were received. I watched 3 people walk in and place orders at the kiosk and all get their food before me, though I was waiting in line before them. And there was a couple that was waiting on an order since before I got there and I got my food first. And one of the three kiosk orders was way bigger of an order than mine and he still got his order first. HORRID service here, do not come here if you value your time and expect speedy service in exchange for your hard earned money.
