Some like me have little to look forward to each day. So when lunchtime comes, I just want what little enjoyment I can get. Since this Taco Bell is close to my work, I order from Postmates and get it delivered to my workplace. It’s an easy order and it’s always the same so I don’t ask for much. Every time and that’s not an exaggeration, I do mean every time I use them, I’m either waiting close to an hour for my order or they get it wrong! I order a cheese quesadilla, they put chicken in it. I ask for no sour cream on fiesta potatoes, and they put it on anyway! Never again!!! Karl if you are reading this, I’m done, too many times now have they shown this kind of poor performance. I don’t appreciate what should be a simple transaction becoming so complicated. So you’ve lost a customer.

Absolutely, THE WORST Taco Bell in Michigan. Quite possibly in existence. Well over a 30-minute wait with only 3 or 4 cars in the drive-thru and the lobby closed. You'd think with all that time, they could at least get the order right... BUT NOPE! Missing items and food was just as trash as the service.

I wanted to try the new crispy chicken, & since I was in the area, I decided to stop by. As a disabled person with a parking placard, I appreciate that this taco bell has several reserved spots close to the entrance. Inside, I find order from the kiosk to be much easier than making an order with a live person because I can customize my order exactly how I want it, & I don't have to explain or repeat myself. I did not have to wait long for my order, & my food was made correctly. The taco supremes & the nacho fries were hot, fresh, & tasty. I was underwhelmed by the crispy chicken though. Employees behind the counter were friendly when I asked for a fork. Overall, positive experience at this taco bell.

This Taco Bell is definitely not a go-to for a family outing. Anytime you get your manager and an assistant in that store verbally fighting back and forth. That explains why the food is nasty. For the price you pay it is definitely not to hear or see staff members going at it in the store and you have to explain to your kids that that is unacceptable.

I came for one taco and that one taco was placed upside down in the bag and not fully closed so when I pulled it out, all of the lettuce and cheese fell out everywhere.
