I wanted to try the new crispy chicken, & since I was in the area, I decided to stop by. As a disabled person with a parking placard, I appreciate that this taco bell has several reserved spots close to the entrance. Inside, I find order from the kiosk to be much easier than making an order with a live person because I can customize my order exactly how I want it, & I don't have to explain or repeat myself. I did not have to wait long for my order, & my food...
Karl was very rude and talking down to his fellow customers 👎, very disappointed, however Damarin is a very good worker, I met him today, he was very helpful and showed excellent customer service!
My Mexican Pizza was prepared incorrectly. I didn't receive what I ordered through my app. I posted a Pic of what they and a screenshot of what I ordered and didn't receive.
