Those Rolls. Lots of pride was taken, and it shows. Fluffy, Flavorful pillows of dough, baked until golden brown, slathered in butter for good measure and presented in wax paper with the best cinnamon honey butter on the planet.
Those rolls make you thirsty, my date loves the cocktails, I’m a fan of a couple Ice cold Cokes. Service was 5/5, I’m not usually a name dropper but Ashly, you did so well. Thank You.
Steak was seasoned & grilled perfectly. 8 oz sirloin, perfect medium. My date loved her loaded baked potato & I have to get some of those scratch made mashed potatoes with brown gravy. Shrimp are all mine. Couple bonus rolls to soak up all that garlic butter. Very good meal, thank you. May have to frequent here instead of traveling to Madison Heights.

I typically visit Texas Roadhouse Roseville once every 2-3 weeks, and I exclusively sit at the bar, whether I'm by myself, with my wife, or with friends. The reason is simple: the bar service is outstanding, and their hospitality is simply unmatched. I'd particularly like to recognize two amazing bartenders, Jackie and Nellie. While all the bar staff I've encountered have been excellent, these two are incredible to watch together. Their teamwork and connection while managing both a packed bar and an intense service station is remarkable. They handle everything while maintaining genuine smiles, offering warm greetings, and delivering fantastic service.
The bar atmosphere feels just like your favorite local watering hole, where they don't just remember your name, but know exactly what you like to drink. Often, my favorite cocktail is being prepared before I've even taken my seat - that's what I call exceptional service! I witness this same attention to detail with other customers too, as they too are greeted by name. Considering I'm only there every 2-3 weeks, their ability to remember customers' names and drinks sets this restaurant well above any other chain I've visited. This personal touch is typically only found in beloved neighborhood bars.
In the 10 months I've been coming here, I've never had a disappointing meal. I've explored various menu options beyond their excellent steaks, and everything arrives with perfect timing, allowing enough time to enjoy appetizers or salad/chili before the main course. If you need anything extra (condiments, cheese, etc.), the attentive bartending staff responds quickly, even heading to the kitchen themselves if necessary.
This recognition of the outstanding bar staff is long overdue. After experiencing their wonderful service again this past weekend, I felt compelled to take some time to write. Thank you for consistently providing a dining experience that keeps me coming back!

This place in Roseville never disappoints. It was so crowded yet our wait staff Tony was excellent quick and happy. The server was also very pleasant and accommodating. Thx for a great experience.
Several ppl that have ate at this location has ended up with bad food poisoning ..please do not eat here until they can get the health dept involved to see Why so many ppl are catching food poisoning and medical staff at the hospital have stated they have had alot of ppl that have ate here come in due to food poisoning it's crazy
