I just want to give a shout out to Kayla the manager at this location. Everyone is always so kind, very respectful, the stores clean. What made me want to leave a message was how awesome Kayla conducted her team, as I sat inside enjoying my Sunday morning, I over heard her with her team and as a manger in the business for ever 15 years I really was blown away on how she handled situations. Kind, calm, and pleasant.
I really enjoy this location I hope Kayla gets recognition for being a wonderful manager.

I still prefer a personal touch when it comes to goods and services. I’ve been in customer service/sales a long time and I love the team that this location has. I go out of my way to come to this location to start my days because they always have a way of lifting those clouds over my head. I appreciate all you cats going a little extra to actually care about your customer base. Donald I see your goofy ass. You guys are amazing, never change.

I ordered and PAID OVER $8 for 6 shots of espresso and they gave me a black coffee and a pup cup The lady working the drive through was very rude and abrupt (she told me her name was Sarah). When I went to the pickup window she tried giving my dog a doughnut…WITHOUT EVEN ASKING ME!! I don’t feed my dog garbage food. I gladly paid for a pup cup. (If I wanted my dog to get a doughnut, I WOULD HAVE ORDERED ONE) When I got home, I opened my coffee spout and took a sip…I could NOT BELIEVE THEY GAVE ME PLAIN BLCK COFFEE after charging me for 6 shots of espresso 😡😡
The proof is in the photo of the “espresso” I bought last night (and didn’t drink) and the espresso I bought this morning!

this is my all time favorite location, me and my boyfriend order every friday. sometimes our order will be missing a single donut but i can truthfully turn a blind eye simply because everything else is amazing and i know they can be horribly busy at times(let’s you know they’re the real deal). the food is delicious and the coffee is always spot on and the pretty girl with the nice eyeliner always has an amazing attitude. they saved our day after a horrible experience at the Groesback location 😆

This place is lit up like an airport yet they let you sit at the drive thru because they are not open. How about not having your signs lit up until you are open.

I always come to this location bc its closer to my house, but thier bagels are trash. The bagel is so dry, hard and stale, you can barely bite it, and the cheese is so little. I don't recommend getting anything here. Even thier iced coffee's taste like water and syrup. Do better tim hortons, so disappointed.
