Nice place. The tall guy was really funny, the staff were all very nice and I could hear them joking together, great entertainment. I would pay to watch this as a tv show lol.

If could give zero I would. Bagel not toasted. Staff screaming sexual inuendo at each other. The shift leader vaping, We ate inside. The worst Timms I've ever been too. It was today. Someone needs to clear that staff.

Curly Hair and dirt all over the lid of my coffee. Thank goodness I looked at the cup. Went back to return coffee and all the casier could say was "that's gross". Didn't try to remedy the situation or compensate me. Better yet, I don't want your crap coffee and terrible customer service. I should tip off the health dept. What kind of coffee shop serves coffee with pewbs on it????

Second time this location has given me a $5 drink that’s not even close to full. Not to mention they forgot to give me my croissant and receipt then said they couldn’t do anything because I didn’t have one. This location is a morning ruiner?

I got such a simple order. Bagel toasted with cream cheese on the side. My bagel wasn't toasted and they put the cream cheese on my bagel. And the store was empty, and so was the drive-thru. Very disappointed. I used to work here about 4 years ago. It's not a hard job if you have common sense. The guy who took my order was very sweet though. But the MANGER who made my order sucked. Didn't smile or anything just glared at me.

The supervisor that is currently working there right now ( September 2, 2024 @ 4:40pm) is very rude. I ordered a large mocha iced coffee triple triple. I order it every day and I know how much chocolate is suppose to be in there. I ask her if she can add more chocolate because the bottom has nearly none and the walls of the cup had absolutely none. She tells me she has to charge me because that would be considered extra. I said I’m sorry but that’s BS and as I drove off she yelled something at me. I than call and ask to speak to the manager and she says she’s the supervisor who was just at the window. I explain to her again and she tells me that they only put 5 pumps on chocolate and no way was there 5 pumps. She argues with me on the phone and calls me names than tells me she mixed the chocolate in. She acts like the chocolate coming out of her pocket and she wasn’t even the one that made the drink and lied about mixing the chocolate. She definitely doesn’t need to be a supervisor let alone work with the public. I will tell everyone about her.

I’ve been going to Tim’s regularly, today and last few times there is a new person fair skin tone, with a septum handing food extremely rude at the drive thru. she never makes eye contact or smile and sticks her hand a little out the window and she wanted me get out and get it. Today wasn’t my first bad experience with her last time I went she handed me my food and didn’t even give me time to put my coffee in my cup holder in 10s she said “ move “. I’ve never left a bad review but I think she needs to change her attitude or get fired. I feel extremely unwelcome at this location

Ordered two bagels and both were stale, hashbrowns tasted like they were dipped in soap. It's policy to refresh your stock everyday... First and last time I'll be back to this location.
