I no longer go to Tim Hortons. I rather pay more at Starbucks then deal with the attitudes of the staff here. Tired of being treated badly so no money from me to you.

Spent over 20 minutes waiting then got refund. Started in drive thru told to park in lot, waited still no food. Walked in and neither of the two sandwiches ordered were even started. There was 3 employees working which seemed to be enough coverage, manager stayed in back even after asked to speak to them. Not going back to this location…

This is my first time at this location, and the manager was very rude. I ordered a large drink with no ice, and he only filled my cup up 3/4 of the way, so there was definitely a noticeable gap from the top of the cup when I asked why the drink wasn’t filled all the way up. He told me that that’s how they do it and then they fill the rest of it up with ice and I said well I get this drink every day and no location has ever told me that and he said “well that sucks for you it’s not gonna happen today, No, you can keep wasting my time or you can get out of my drive-through because I’m not going to fill the cup up all the way”. I understand that they have certain policies and they might only fill the liquid up to a certain point on the cup, but the way that he handled it was so unnecessary and so unprofessional. If that’s how the manager speaks to Customers, I can only imagine how the employees speak to Customers

Visit this location frequently there’s always flies in the donut case And what was the scariest part is after we pointed that out they just continued Selling the Donuts and up making new ones I feel sorry for all those people in the drive-through who got donuts that was once covered in flies

I am so incredibly frustrated. I go every day to this location. I asked for something in the drive-through which I did not receive. I Parked went in and asked if Could get it. I was in the best mood, it was a beautiful day. I smiled and laughed, and Asked for what I had ordered . The woman working, proceeded to yell at me in front of everyone in the restaurant saying she’d done what I was asking. And my question was - if it was done, why would I make the effort to park and come back in. But OK that’s fine Let’s just say pretend she did do it and I need it done again, being the customer and paying for something probably makes that a realistic request…. She insisted she did it, still Yelling at me in front of everyone in the restaurant. It was super uncomfortable, and I was shocked by how she was treating a customer that she sees every single day. It was a super easy request.
l didn’t go back-for a couple days cause it was all really awkward. I was really uncomfortable, but I figured shed probably just want to put it in the past too. My daughter who was there the first day , said ‘oh I bet she was having a rough day and she may even wanna apologize.’
Sooooo I Went back today and she was Incredibly rude again. It’s made it so I just can’t go back to this restaurant anymore. Super disappointing because I literally Get coffee there every day. I don’t understand how somebody in the industry is OK with treating people the way she did/does … But I’ll definitely be back as soon as she doesn’t work there anymore…. , After I post this, I started reading the reviews. Apparently the service is a huge issue, but no one seems to actually care? I can’t believe that it’s such a recurring problem and yet the same people continue to work there. Just don’t get it…. You lost Three very loyal customers just with my family alone … how many more are you willing to lose before you change something?

Food is always burnt. The (croissantwich) in particular. They usually will forget something you ordered, however, it is always busy when I go. So I just expect something to be missing. I still go back though lol.

I frequent the drive thru 5-6:days a week. 3 out of 5 days, my order is wrong. I usually don't notice until I'm at work and then it's too late.
I order my coffee black, it has cream in it. I order a chocolate chip muffin and I get blueberry.
Although the employees seem friendly, it seems they don't really care if the order is correct, as long as you are are getting something.
I think it's time for me to search elsewhere for my morning coffee.

Manager is very rude he thinks he is boss he doesn’t know how to handle a customer he is manager other employee should learn from him, but he’s really rude. Bad attitude attitude all the stuff if someone in management see my review just call me. I’m here and I’ll explain what’s the issue. I’m really upset. He messed my day thank you.
Just waited in the lobby for about 7 minutes with no one around to service me. Heard employees in the back laughing. I walked in front of the camera and waved and then waited for about 2 more minutes before I shouted, “Can I get some service out here please!”
It got quiet for maybe 20 seconds in the back and then 2 women came out from the back and 1 man came out of the restroom all at the same time.
One of the female employees instantly went to the drive through and started taking an order. The other women said to me, “I’m sorry about that. We’re also doing important stuff in the back. What can I get for you?”
I placed my order and she made it. I said thank you. She said nothing. Even checked to make sure my $20 bill was real. Then as I left out she said loudly, “Ok I’m getting back to my important stuff.”
So I guess the customer isn’t the most important thing at this business. Very poor service.
Never coming here again. Only went here because my mom loves Tim Horton’s. Well I officially don’t.
