Smoothies aren't blended well and the consistency is always like a soup with clumps of protein, fruit, veggies, and ice in which you can't sip through the straw. Taste is terrible 😫!

This is hands down my FAVORITE location! Good food, good service! They don't give me a problem because I prefer my food a certain way, they just deliver. I dread having to go to a different location! Yesterday I had the best smoothie I've ever had from TSC, I wish I had asked who made it.

I normally love this place—it’s way better than the one on Groesbeck. But your staff today didn’t blend the smoothie nearly enough, resulting in infinite little fruit chunks that are impossible to drink through your narrow straws. This is the only time this has ever happened. Every other time this place has been stellar.

I ordered a bacon ranch chicken wrap with NO lettuce. They gave me lettuce and NO bacon ranch. It was dry and hard to swallow.

I come to this location like five times a week and today I decided to use my free breakfast sandwich and all of a sudden I get a different girl taking my order and then she said she has to charge me for the substitute of tomato. Like seriously seriously you can’t just substitute the sausage and bacon for a tomato you’re gonna charge me and they never do that. I’ve worked on the restaurant business for 13 years. You don’t have to ring extra and you can substitute it. They never charge me extra to sub out the freaking sausage for tomato and she said she’s a general manager, and she has to. Waste of my time. If she’s here I won’t be coming back Not to mention, she always has a bitchy ass smirk on her face. Sad because I actually like the rest of the staff and everyone else usually has a good attitude.

Everytime I order from here they mess my order up… and graces customer service sucks…. If you guys are gonna be picky about replacing smoothies off of Uber eats, then you guys shouldn’t offer it‼️
