Wow this was a disappointment… worst trop i’ve been to. Took 20 mins to take out order when no one else was in front. Ran out of cups so they gave us tiny ups when we payed for large… wouldn’t give us the rest of the smoothie even tho we payed for it. and they didn’t even give us a receipt they just threw it right in the garbage. We payed extras for protein but 90% of it was in the rest of the blender since we only got a little cup… ridiculous

My boyfriend was getting ready to walk in and they locked the door at 7:50. Why have closing hours if you all are not going to adhere to the actually hours. DO BETTER TS there are plenty of other smoothie places that we could patronize, but we choose this establishment. Let’s not start the new year off like this.

I'm obsessed with tropical smoothie. Not only are the smoothies delicious but the food is fresh and amazing.
THEY HAVE NOT HAD PUBLIC BATHROOMS FOR A YEAR! I think I should consider contacting corporate about this issue.I love tropical smoothie but I need to wash my hands and go pee sometimes after eating idk PLEASE open the bathrooms!

Very clean and bright inside. Excellent customer service, very courteous and attentive. Greeted us as we walked in, which I love. Drinks were amazing, Watermelon Mojito and Island Punch, and the food was amazing as well, super green caesar and the Caribbean j*** chicken wrap. Did a carry out, everything was made quickly. In and out in less than 15 minutes.

Food and smoothie were fine, but boy are they SLOW! It was not that busy. I went around 3 p.m. and I waited 7 minutes to order and 20 minutes for my order. I was late returning to work. I won't return to this store again.
