Refused to let me reorder my food. They did not give me one of my subs and one had none of the toppings I paid for. I called back to place an order, was willing to pay. The dude said I would have to order through doordash AGAIN rather then come pick up food I was paying for. I did not ask for anything free. I said I was willing to pay.

Bro it's tubbys what can I say that hasn't been said. It's my favorite steak and cheese the tubby sauce is the cherry on top it just makes it taste so good. My son and I dream at night of getting an unlimited gift card so we can eat them for every meal.

I just paid $15 for a large steak and cheese sub. never in my life have I had less meat in any sandwich. I believe I just bought bread and no meat ! I'm not sure if the staff is aware of what other tubbies puts on their subs but this Roseville location is hands down to skimpiest and worst subs you can get anywhere. Don't waste your money you owe me 15 bucks for the bread sandwich that you served me. shame on you and the company for this crap I would never recommend this tubby's to anyone.

Restaurant has always been clean (floor and tables), although it's rare when I've seen customers eating there. Usually people pick up carryout or go through the drive-thru. I personally prefer going inside picking up carryout as opposed to the drive-thru to see how everything looks. I've been there many times. My orders have alway been accurate and prepared well except for 'one' time when a salad was ordered and it was poorly put together and the vegetables appeared to be not very fresh. Normally always get subs, fries, sometimes wings (are ok but not anything special) and salads.

We went through the drive thru tonight, got our food home and it was terrible. They told us tubbys sauce came on the subs, they were so dry I could barely swallow. There was not a drop of sauce on either one. We both ordered steak subs, my husband got the one with mushrooms and asked what all came on it, they said onions and mushrooms ( which he was fine with) got it home and it also had green peppers. He doesnāt like green peppers and asked what was on it to take things off he did not like. I got a small sub and paid extra for dbl meat and there was for sure not extra meat on it. There were so many areas of my sub that were missing meat entirely, there is no way that was extra. I canāt stand paying extra for something and feeling like I didnāt even get a āregularā amount of the item. It is 9:45 and Iām not dealing with calling tonight but I just may tomorrow. Horrible food tonight. Not at all impressed.
