I ordered a five foot sub for hungry teenagers today! Everything was awesome! So delicious. Fresh bread, plenty of meats, cheese and veggies. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend the Roseville, Michigan store. I will absolutely order party subs from this location again.

Great subs! Usually pretty quick service. The food is hot and fresh. I like the cottage fries however they seem to taste like onion rings. Seems like the oil needs to change more frequently. Or use separate fryers.Ample portions and the sandwich isn't messy.

Worst tubbys around!!! The steak and cheese is disgusting it’s more like hamburger meat than steak!!! Only tubbys I know where the steak is like ground beef or some disgusting processed chopped beef!!! I love tubbys but this location just doesn’t care about the quality of food.. I know for a fact tubbys is suppose to use thin sliced steak like steak-ums yet this location tries to pass of ground beef for steak or the owner is cheap and using processed chopped steak!!!! Don’t go here go to any other tubbys

Great shop here. We had a good experience. The food and service was very good.
I ordered food got home and found hair in my food and all my sauces were missing which i paid for extra sauces! went to get a refund when subs are $12 and only got $11 back and got told they couldnt refund me for the sauces i paid for and never received! i was also cut off about three times while trying to talk. these employees have terrible attitudes and terrible service! very rude disrespectful and dirty.

Took my wife there today for her lunch I ordered a large grilled chicken sub and a regular steak and mushroom sub. It was dry and had more vegetables then meat and cheese on both. Worst subs I ever ordered from any sub place. Won't ever go back to this location.

We frequent this location often and spend a lot of money...my last visit not so nice considering the drive - thru employee named Kalie ...I asked for Sauce on the side, which was made just how I asked but I looked in the bag while still in the drive- thru and noticed I received 3 tubbys sauce for 1 large sandwich and 1 medium sandwich. I asked if I could have 1 more and she said no I have to pay for it. I said 2 per sandwich considering I didn't get any sauce on them ..I asked her what her name was and she replied " kalie do you want the corporate number Also" ..that's really nice customer service and wonderful attitude. I paid the 80 cents and left. I'll travel further to avoid the attitude next time.
