Tenders were good. Fries were cold, ordered celery and carrots, didn't get carrots. I paid extra for mutilple sauce, total of 5, I only got 1. Celery is sour too. Wouldn't recommend ordering from here unless you wanna be disappointed with missing items.Also the only sauce that they sent, half of it was spilled inside the food container.

This company should literally be ashamed of itself. We went to the Miller road location in flint, Michigan. We placed an order of 3 tenders with 10 different sauces, and a chicken sandwich. Our order was supposed to be ready at 5:00 pm. At 5:30, we were told they had "no idea" when the food would even be ready. When we got the food, everything- and I mean everything was either wrong or a combination of gross/cold. The tenders, if you could call them that, were burnt. And roughly the size of a fried shrimp. Out of the 10 assorted sauces we ordered, we received 8. 6 of those were ranch, 1 Bleu cheese, and possibly 1 voodoo. We paid 3 extra dollars for different sauces. My celery and carrots I paid 2.00 for? I received 4 celery, and was told they didn't have carrots. My husbands Mac and cheese was oily, burnt, and disgusting. His chicken sandwich- which was cold, had more burnt breading than actual meat. It went in the trash, all of it. I didn't even waste more time going back in to correct the order, since we had already wasted an hour of our lives we will never get back. We honestly should of thrown it on the front lawn for how disgusted we were with the entire experience.

Honestly a big disappointment. Not sure if these guys are new or what, but I ordered delivery from Uber Eats and it was a big let-down. First of all, this place is all about chicken tenders and their sauces. The chicken tenders were small and decently tasty, though they left every single sauce out of my order. I've read a lot of comments on this place across states now and this seems to be an extremely common problem. They also seem to focus on their kettle chips, which I found overtly bad. They're dark and almost burnt - got a selection to try and they were all the same. The seasonings are really poorly applied and maybe one chip in 10 had any perceptible seasoning at all on it. This place was a huge miss, and I couldn't recommend.
