The chicken is fantastic, seriously some of the best chicken tenders you will find. Yet they have the absolute worst customer service. No one gives a you know what if they screw up.

I just tried going there and there’s a blue car in the back and once again doors locked and open sign off @ 11:46 pm. The old management was better.This place is a mess now.

This place is a joke. Both 10 pcs traditional wings we ordered were nothing but bones. They used to be a good go to spot, but definitely not anymore.

We order the Honey BBQ boneless wings and Honey BBQ fries which as are made fresh to order. There is about a 10 minute wait but so worth it. The wings are always tender and juicy, and the Honey BBQ drizzled fries are so good! The restaurant is always clean and staff is always friendly. 5 Stars!

the wait time is RIDICULOUS! Everytime I order on-line, wait a good 20-30 minutes to pick up (because the pick up time isn't specified) then sit and wait 20+ minutes in the store! My son LOVES this place and its super close to my house, but today was the last straw for me. Waited in the store for 20 minutes, only to get a call when I pulled in the driveway that they gave us the wrong order!
they didn't offer anything for compensation for my extra long wait time and their mistake! Time is valuable and there are two wing restaurants within .5 miles that I will go to instead of this poorly ran establishment.

Food be mid, can definitely be improved. Like when a person order wings with the added spices & flavor. Actually put some on the chicken, I can barely tell that my lemon pepper wings are lemon pepper. They always come unseasoned ; EVERYTIME I have to order side sauces.
I really came to shout out whoever is making the Koolaid, I can tell yall black & BABYYYY I LOVE IT! but do a lil better with seasoning them wings please granny wouldn’t be proud !
The place is really up to date the food is always fresh and HOT. I love the flavors they offer on the wings I’ve been to this spot many times and never an issue. The fries are really good and crispy.

I ordered online an hour in advance so I could pick up and still make the beginning of the game. They had not started packaging my order when I showed up to pick up. Ten minutes later I took home my order of the driest, tasteless tough wings I’ve experienced. The sandos were over sauced with stake buns and they forgot my veggies and dip. Skip this place!
Pretty positive they served my friend and I bad chicken. It smelled like rotten eggs and tasted terrible. Luckily we both only ate one piece each. No sickness yet. Beware of this place!
