Normally a 5 star when I go in the day time, noone told me the night shift doesn't even try to get your food right. The taste of the chicken is wayyyyy different on the night shift . In a negative way. Just do better learn from the day shift.
Immediately after I ate two pieces my stomach started hurting terribly bad.

I never leave reviews, but save your time. This place/customer service fits perfect for the location. Paid for soggy, cold fries(selected extra well done also by the way). Called to address the issue and “ney” or whatever her name was said “well they were just made”. Okay well they’re disgusting. Then we were told to bring them back which we did right away. Got accused of doing something to them. They remade and I Just left because that’s crazy over fries. They wrote “LESS SOGGY” on the bag. Feel so bad for these workers really, fry defending for $14 per hour. Make the drive to wingSNOB they never disappoint.

The restaurant was a little unkept. It was a Sunday afternoon so it was busy. I placed my order and it was ready in under 15 minutes. The service was quick and the food was good.

As a full time food delivery driver providing customer service is how I make a living, NOT THIS PLACE!!!!!!

I arrived at this fine establishment to pick up an order for a customer a little after midnight, I was the only one in the store. There were a total of 8 orders on the board, showing that 2 were done. I approached the counter, since there wasn't anyone that seemed interested in helping .

I inquired about my order, and the employee turned around and walked away, not even answering me. I could only assume that she saw the order when I held out my phone to show her.

After 25 minutes, and the other 7 orders picked up, I asked AGAIN, to find out the order still had 4 minutes to go. After I was handed the order, which also included a drink, that the customer is required to fill, an employee thought that it was going to make things right by filling a drink. GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!!! As I was filling the drink, they turned the lights out, BECAUSE by this time, they were closing. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

If I was a paying customer, which I never will be, I would be calling corporate.

This place has terrible customer service… Placed a carry out delivery at 11:45 which they are open till 1am…. Delivery said it would be at my door at 12:20, at 12:45 they cancelled my whole order!!! I tried to call and the phones were off. Such BS! I could have went else where if they wouldn’t have taken so long!! How do you “close” before your closing time…
