Tried them when they opened and they were bad. Came back to give them another try and they still aren't good. This is not good sushi people. Fix your prices online too. I placed a carryout order and it was more expensive than it should've been. Salmon rolls are advertised as 4.50 on the website. That's not the case once you arrive. Bad food and lazy/deceptive sales tactics. Sushi zone in eastpointe will continue to get my business.

This is a great sushi place! I keep coming back over and over. I have so many recommendations but really, everything is good and flavorful here.
Kid-friendliness: The staff are very nice to kids.
Unfortunately not impressed. Server never asked if we wanted any refills. Food was mostly bland. Only one with flavor was a bacon roll (not really sushi).

The salmon nigiri is absolutely to die for. Amazing, buttery texture, amazing amount for such a low price. The shrimp tempra was bland, in my opinion. But, the freshwater eel (unagi) was surprisingly good! I do wish they had the option to buy pieces of the eel as a roll, though. Overall, happy with Yummy Sushi and thank you to the chefs!

Guy taking the order needs to have a different job. I won't come back after trying to place an order and his reply was "have you been here before?" My guy, you've been working there long enough to know that menu by heart but your reaction to a salmon and avocado roll was "have you been here before?"

So this was my 1st time here at Yummy Sushi. The rolls are over saturated with sauces!! You can’t taste the fish at all. We got the Olympic, Roseville and Crunchy Roll. Also the crab salad wasn’t fresh at all. They could have done so much better. Also the prices was very high compared to the type of food you got. Won’t come back here again unfortunately

The reason for a three on service is I wanted a custom roll and didn't get what i ordered. They replaced the roll, but it was still missing what i wanted. But the sushi was very good

I got a fatty tuna roll and 10 piece sashimi. The tuna roll barely had any tuna, the sashimi pieces looked like they had gone through a grinder.
