Overly sweet Pad Thai, salmon and strawberry mocktail. Great salad. Good crab-shrimp cakes. Has become very expensive. Decor is just off - hard to say why.

The food was enjoyable, though the shrimp and lobster were slightly overcooked. Unfortunately, the service was slower than expected and did not meet the standard for a fine dining experience. The sound system also detracted from the atmosphere, with 70s classics playing in a way that felt more like a radio broadcast than a curated dining playlist. While the meal had its highlights, the overall experience fell short of expectations.

The staff is amazing. Interaction with chef Johnny and the caring of the GM Samantha always makes it a memorable experience.

Great ambiance, not pretentious, very consistent delicious food, accommodating for food allergies, excellent cocktails and then chef Johnny comes to say hello and make sure we are pleased with our meal. This is our constant among restaurants in the area

Had to update my review after tonight. Why you may ask, I came here back in November and was able to drink a few whiskeys for a good price. Now they jumped the prices, shame because I did enjoy this place.

We were in town for 1 night and did a quick check for a place in Royal Oak. No expectations. I have to say this is now one of my top five places that blew my mind and tastebuds. The Burnt Ends Salad alone is worth the visit. I've never thought of a salad being a smokey, complex mixture of root, leafy vegetables and buttery meat. Ohhhh! The waygu strudel was a delightful elevation that reminded me the best of a homemade pot roast crossed with Beef Wellington. More and more to try. I wish we lived close.

Alchemi is a wonderful restaurant! I have eaten there several times, and have never been disappointed. The cocktails are creative and very tasty. The food is elegant and perfectly executed. Also, the decor is artistic and interesting. Highly recommend!

The food and drinks are all great, just very high priced I've dined in similar concepts and I just felt like the drinks were too small for the price. I loved the presentation but the garnishes involved were cheap in costs so it was hard for me to justify the cost. I have a background in being a head chef and costing items based of purchasing cost etc. The food was very good overall the pad Thai was good, the wagyu was good, the lamb ragu was good it was just not garnished nicely just one edible flower in the center leaving little to no excitement. I'm writing this constructively not from a place of negativity or anything of that sort. I feel like if you're going to charge top dollar then all of your entrees need to be exciting and fully thought out not just throwing edible flowers on top plates and calling it a night.

This was our first time dinning there and it was amazing. My wife and I enjoyed their excellent cuisine and service. From start to finish everything was perfect. We give it a 5 star.

My boyfriend and I went here for our anniversary dinner and so glad we picked this restaurant over others we were looking at! I got the last rose as a drink - super strong but good taste regardless. The gruyere spread appetizer was phenomenal as well as our entree (waygu beef strudel and NY strip). Our server was attentive and so friendly as well!

Had a party of 9 in the gallery. Food was excellent. Shawn the host was amazing at coordinating surprise details for a birthday party which went off amazing. Chris the server was on it. Food was on point and amazing. Eclectic yet approachable for all. Highly recommended for special occasions or a great ambience date night. Highly recommended from a lifelong F&B snob. Great job y’all.
