Our dining experience was fantastic. The atmosphere was relaxing and fun. Our waitress, Kelly was amazing. She was kind, energetic, attentive without hovering. The food was outstanding. All the entrées and appetizers were out of this world. We cannot wait to go back! I cannot say enough nice things about this restaurant and its staff, the owner and the chef.

10/10 would recommend Alchemi/Johnny's. The food is unbelievably good. The drinks, equally as amazing. Great vibes and great times!

Went with the Cioppino. Each piece of seafood was cooked perfectly in the delicious broth! We tried a bunch of apps and my favorites were the meatballs and the Thai Ribs (small plate)

The inside of the restaurant is sooo beautiful! The staff is beyond welcoming and friendly! Hunter was always making sure we had what we wanted and needed and gave us great recommendations too! Chef Johnny is so talented and even walked table to table to ask how everything tasted! The chimichurri on the strip was the best I've ever tasted! Everything is farm to table too which we love! The pad Thai was tasty and the streusel had such a nice cook to it! We also finished off with a cheesecake! It wasn't anything that was a must have, but was a sweet way to end the night!

So so. Nice atmosphere. Prices weren't crazy. Didn't enjoy the 'wagyu'. Was more like a pot roast. However the pad Thai was mostly good. Lobster was off but lots of shrimp compensated for it. Lady next to us said the same thing about the lobster. Who knows. Probably would try again.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a warm "hello friends, welcome"! We were seated quickly and the decor is beautiful. We had a one year old with us and one of he hostesses asked if we'd like a nibble plate for her. She quickly brought strawberries, blueberries and some fresh bread torn into small pieces which was fantastic. Rachel was our server and couldn't have been more attentive or nicer. The menu is eclectic without being pretentious, there's something for everyone and everything we ordered was done exceptionally well. At one point the chef came over to our table to ask how our meals and experience were and as a former chef myself, I always find that a nice touch. This was our first visit but definitely won't be our last. It's not inexpensive by any measure but of you're looking for top shelf food in an amazing setting, treat yourself ⭐

Kirsten our server was amazing. Super fast & friendly service. Chef came to our table just to say hello! Excellent cocktail options and an even better bourbon selection. There is a speakeasy below the resturaunt which was really cool as well. But Kirsten made our night!

Absolutely a gem in Metro Detroit! Creative food with tasty flavors inspired by Asian cuisine, priced much more reasonable for the food and vibe. Will def return!

Great location. Beautiful and charming place. Service was excellent from the moment we walked in. Hunter, our server, was attentive, knowledgeable and so nice. The drinks were on point and the food - WOW! Chu Chee Salmon was delicious from start to finish and the Lobster and Shrimp Pad Thai was impeccable! Would highly recommend taking the time to enjoy Alchemi. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

I love this place! I took my son and daughter-in-law there last night for dinner and we were all impressed with our service, food and ambiance. I had the salmon and the flavors were excellent! My son had the chicken tikka and he loved it. My daughter-in-law had the wagyu something, and she loved it! It's expensive, but I recommend it.

The place and ambiance is very nice. There is only one vegetarian main in the menu and it was ok. The cheese spread was super good! Overall the food is good and we enjoyed dinning there.

They were accommodating and incredible - due to traffic, we arrived 30 minutes late for our reservation. We kept in touch letting them know our predicament via text. Theatre tickets gave us a shortened and limited window. Our servers made sure we had a spectacular experience and the food was perfect. next time, Alchemi will be the destination for the evening with a trip to the speakeasy.

Everyone in the group loved their dinner order. I had the surf and turf 4-course dinner - the lobster and steak were both good but the soup and mashed potato were too salty! I find that to be true with most of the restaurants, especially with the soup! I don't normally orde soup for that reason but it came with the meal. I wish they reduce the salt and let the guests add it if needed.
