My husband and I placed an order through the app for drive-thru pickup. When we arrived, the employee told us to park and that she would bring our food out. We waited for about 15 minutes, so I went inside to check, and there was our order sitting in the pickup cabinet! What’s the point of “fast food” if we have to wait, park, and then they don’t even deliver the order? On top of that, the staff didn’t seem to care at all. Very disappointing.

Food seemed old and just thrown together, sauce was everywhere and the 2 Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwhiches had no cheese on them. I mide as well goto McDonalds with the quality of food, not worth it. The sauce was all over the bun too so it was soggy by the time i got back to the hospital.

I got a late dinner last night and the 2 young ladies made my evening just right with their lovely personalities and efficient service.
Where do I start!? This is the best location around! Yesterday was a busy day with dream cruise taking place right out front on Woodward! The staff did amazing! Great job with customer service! The food was fresh and hott, no wait! The restaurant was very clean, including the restrooms. They even gave out free dream cruise props and stickers to the kids! I’ll definitely be returning! Very pleased with my experience !
