First of all, this is not Thai food. Americans will eat anything and be satisfied hence the 4.3 star rating which is INSANE as someone who is very cultured. Where are your spices!?I ordered Kow Pad, this is Chinese fried rice with frozen carrots cubes and peas, disgusting. You’re defintely NOT a Thai restaurant. The Thai salad and rice were both very underwhelming.

The customer service was excellent. I had several different request and all were fulfilled with a smile. The only thing was the large order of drunken noodles with chicken (17 orders), some of the noodles were mushy, overcooked, not cooked right. The other orders (15 orders of Kow Pad)(14 orders of crab ragoon) and 17 orders od spring rolls) were great ??. Everyone enjoyed the rest.

Bangkok use to be my favorite spot for Thai food, starting at the Rochester location, then Sterling Heights, now Bangkok Express in Royal Oak. This location is awful. I don't think they're using peanut sauce on the Pad Thai

I was very disappointed in the watery Pad Thai. No bean sprouts, and no peanuts. I guess that's extra, not at any other Thai restaurants I've patronized. They gave me 2 slices of lemon (lime is preferable) but when I squeezed them they were limp and watery. The Fresh Rolls were basically flavorless Iceberg lettuce, shrimp and little, if any, cilantro. The Phô restaurants make something similar, called Summer Rolls and they include Chicken and shrimp and plenty of cilantro. The peanut dipping sauce was good and the only real source of flavor. My delivery was very quick, though.

Their fresh rolls have a hold on me! I think about them so much I tried to make them at home. Wasn't very successful. The drunken noodles and pad see ew are good. Crispy rolls are just ok (too greasy for me). My husband was ok with the fried rice, prefers it elsewhere. This is my favorite Thai place in the area. Only feedback is other Thai restaurants give you more for your main dish.

ordered takeout from here on a Friday night and it was ready so fast which i definitely appreciate. for the price you're paying for a meal i'd say you get a good amount of food with it and it was actually really good. totally wanna check it out again and try something new

Excellent food! I ordered online for pickup and the process was quick and easy. I could schedule my pickup time so the food was hot when I arrived. The tom yum soup is SO delicious and a very generous portion. We tried three appetizers - crab rangoon, crispy rolls and chicken satay. They were all very good and came with tasty dipping sauces. We ordered 3 entrees, all classic favorites and all super tasty. Mild+ had some heat, the right amount. I usually go to Sy Thai, but I found my new favorite Thai spot! I am so happy we tried Bangkok Cuisine and will definitely order from here again.
We had an office catering order for about 75 people. They were very helpful with suggestions from the menu for our large group. Delivery was on time and food was great. Lots of positive feedback from our office. We will definitely order from them again. Thank you!

I ordered massaman and it didn’t have any potatoes. That is the key ingredient of the dish and the whole reason I ordered it in the first place. There’s hardly anything to the dish without it. Highly disappointing.
