Ordered a birthday cake for my granddaughter and they didn’t have it! They told us just to pick a random cake from the freezer. Terrible customer service. Will not go back.

The man who works here was incredibly rude to my family and I. He seemed annoyed to have to help us. Super unfriendly.The 2 scoop sundae was way smaller than 1 regular scoop and when I questioned it, he said that's how it is. Everything else was just okay. I won't be back.

Not reliable. This is the second time I ordered custom cakes from this store- the first time they never wrote the message on it and refused to do it at the time of pickup, and this time I ordered a custom print cake for a birthday for my husband and when I arrived to pick it up 2 hours before the party I was told that “the cake maker didn’t make it” and the candles I ordered “we don’t have”. If a custom order is made it should be honored. I was given a regular cake from the freezer. I will never use this store again- but no one else should rely on them for a special event either because who knows if the “cake maker” will do their job that day!

I pulled up to drive-thru on my way to work and the employee asked how can I help you twice. I asked her nicely to give me a minute to look at the menuboard. 5 seconds later a man comes over the speaker and says are you ready to order now? I was the only car in the drive-thru and the only customer. I felt rushed and unwelcome. I just drove off without purchasing anything. I will never return.

Unfriendliest service ever. Place is dirty. Ice cream flavors are missing flavor sign and you have to guess what the flavor is. Employee seemed annoyed I was there and it wasnt busy. Overpriced. A tiny kid sized portion single scoop was $5.00.

Was told "Give me a sec" right when I pulled up. I waited patiently and after about 10 minutes I said "Hello?" No response. I pulled forward and there was nobody there in front of me. I pulled around and looked inside and saw someone chatting on their cell phone. I left. Horrible customer service.

Absolutely terrible customer service every single time my family goes into this location. Doesn’t matter if you’re getting coffee or ice cream. I don’t have a problem if workers don’t speak perfect English but when they can’t even comprehend what’s on their own menu it’s a little ridiculous. We just wanted a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate and the gentleman literally didn’t understand what that meant even though it’s on the menu. I tried to explain it to him but he said “I can only do chocolate mixed with vanilla”. I give it one star for the convenience where it’s located but other than that find a different place.

This place never has chocolate peanut butter I cream. In face they only have like six ice cream flavors. My shake tasted old and I was afraid to drink it especially based on the reviews here. Not sure why this place is even open.
