I love when I have a problem and a restaurant fix the problem. Didn't have a good experience, but the great management team at BDs fix the problem. When I went back it was how I loved it.

Haven't been to a Mongolian grill in a long time food was still delicious great variety. Little disappointed that it's extra for additional bowls. I like to get several small bowls with different varieties. But it is still good fresh food

Came in around 5pm today for a carryout. Voluptuous African american lady was working the carryout. Waited at the bar for so long I actually googled and called the restaurant to find out where is the person working carryout. She showed us 3 minutes later. With kind of a attitude. Asked for brown rice and a bowl. After leaving and coming home. I come to find only one spoonful of rice in there. Its comedic. So I guess even here in royal oak you have to check your bag before you leave.

The experience was good, the price was not expensive, $17.99 for unlimited bowl, the variety of selection were good, the cook was funny and friendly, but he always over cook the meals. I had 2 bowls and both were taste good but a little over cook.

Was so nervous to get carryout . Mostly because i had been craving it for weeks not wanting to take the trip here ,& being that i usually get to make the food taste how I want vs carryout they prepare for you... They made it PERFECT however! Waiting for me at the bar all condiments and everything. Way to go

So this restaurant features a buffet style food bar that allows you to make your own dish. However, any option you choose will not allow you to take food home so be aware. Staff is friendly and the chefs do a great job of entertaining and cooking a variety of dishes for numerous customers.

I love this place. Always a great experience and food. Nothing like preparing your own meal with all the meat,seafood and vegetables and seasoning of your choice all right in front of you and not to mention they cook it right I'm front of you as well is pretty incredible

Was a big disappointment is an understatement. Food choices have been scaled back. Salad bar was not stocked. Grill line was forever food came off burnt for some people. Grilling line was not moving fast, cooks didn't seem like they knew how to cook. Waitress overcharged beverages, 3 Pepsi only ordered 1. Overall was very unhappy w the most recent visit. Considering not returning, EVER since it was that bad! Very, very poor quality.

I have previously been to BDs about 20 times in the last 10 years and it is generally very good. Today the food quality was poor. Chicken and beef were partially frozen even in the container. After cooking the beef was ok, but the chicken was rubbery and flavorless. The sauce containers used to be much bigger, but now they are about half the size. As a result, both my food and my friends was very dry even fresh off the grill. I had to go back and get more sauce to make our food edible. Very disappointed. Service was good.
