Bugs Lora has some of the best gluten free and dairy free pizza I’ve ever had. Their staff is friendly. My only complaint is that their take out service is not the same quality as their dining in. Often times, there are less toppings, toppings/cheese is not evenly spread out, and in several occasions our pizza wasn’t even cut! I hope they improve their take out!

I hated their pizza .. I was expecting this to be good but it was horrible and there was literally no pizza sauce .. I can just taste bread and little cheese .

Great pizza - the best in town, but the staffing is terrible. They’re clearly severely overstaffed, resulting in super stressed servers and wait staff. Our server was on the verge of losing his mind, and seemed like he was near quitting (and we felt bad!). Kids screaming everywhere and terrible ambience inside - the stress was evident. Please staff + pay your employees better to ensure that they can succeed!

Wednesday evening, busy, not crazy, name and number on the list, told 15-20, not bad so we take an open seat at the bar… so far all is fine. Ordered a drink, got it timely and proceeded to chatty chat whilst time goes by. Time goes by, more time goes by, it gets louder and louder, children screaming, not that we mind children, just that it adds to the loudness. Check the time, it’s been 40 minutes, that seems off, host sees we are antsy, checks in, says our table is ready, it’s not, it’s sticky…wet, nasty and those children I mentioned are climbing on “our” table screaming whilst parents seem oblivious to the behaviors, also I get it, it’s kids it’s fine but I don’t even want the hassle at this point so we leave. So… wanna have a pleasant dinner date sorta meal? Biga ain’t it.

Love their wood fired pizza. I got the veggie and they added mushrooms for me. We also got the beet salad. Everything is always very fresh and good.

Went with a few of my friends on a Friday. We didn’t have a reservation and had no problem with the wait. We had drinks at the bar and the bartender was spectacular! The issue was that our server felt quite dismissive. My friends and I are over drinking age but on the younger side and after 6 years of serving, I feel like I can clock when servers don’t want to give you the time of day because they don’t expect much from you. Our server never even introduced himself to us and asked for our orders by saying “you guys ready to order yet?” While our server did have a large party, I felt like a burden when asking for red pepper flakes (for the second time) and ordering a glass of wine. Food was good and while the restaurant definitely isn’t on the pricier side for a restaurant in the area, I feel like the price point warranted an introduction, at the very least.

Raved about this place to my wifes parents and made a reservation. We hadnt been in 5-6 months and let me tell you... its not the same. The pizza was sloppy the dough was super doughy like it was either super fresh (no fermentation like it should have) or old. The toppings were almost non existent. All of the portions have gotten super small for what they cost. Sure we would love it if the quality was the same but its not. Tiramisu was super small and tasted like it was some premade bs out of a box from the desert company. Meatballs were okay but again- super small compared to what they used to be. Stuffed shells lacked flavor. Heavily lacked flavor!! Like eating straight ricotta and cream ? Waitress was pretty rude. Any questions we had she came back with some snarky response. Like she knew the place sucks but she has to deal with people saying the same thing all the time. Bathroom was filthy. I mean FILTHY!! Overall it was not a good experience. I dont think they will last much longer if this is what they put out now. We used to love their quality and portions.

First time here. Pros. The food was amazing. Service was amazing. Loved the vibe. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Cons. If you don’t like raw onions be aware that most of the dishes have it but they are happy to modify. Parking is limited.
