The waitress was rude to my 73 year old black mother. She threw my Mon’s change at her. I had ordered food and they burned it and I had to return it.

Everything here is SO delicious. However, for some reason, all the workers wait until you've given your full order before grabbing what you want, using their memory only. This has led to missing and/or incorrect items to the point where I make a conscious effort to double check everything at the cashier's area.
It would be helpful if they either wrote orders down, grabbed things as you asked, or rechecked what they put in your bag and what they put in the kiosk to ensure they match.
