Everything here is SO delicious. However, for some reason, all the workers wait until you've given your full order before grabbing what you want, using their memory only. This has led to missing and/or incorrect items to the point where I make a conscious effort to double check everything at the cashier's area.
It would be helpful if they either wrote orders down, grabbed things as you asked, or rechecked what they put in your bag and what they put in the kiosk to ensure they match.

I will give it 4 stars because of the consistency of the bread lately. The Italian loaf tends to have these giant air bubble holes in them and this time it was ridiculous. I’m losing 1/4 of my bread! So charge me 1/4 less if you don’t fix this problem. It’s been going on for a while. Literally can never do peanut butter n jelly. I can stick two fingers through that hole that was on multiple slices. My loaf a few weeks ago was the same way. I know some holes are normal on this bread style but you have to admit this is unacceptable.
Everything else is fine though, and I support Crispellis otherwise. They recently changed their croissant and I’m not sure why… it had a softer texture especially at the bottom, so it wasn’t crispy crunchy all the way around.

I wanted to get a friend a gift card because they live close by and I saw on their website that you can send virtual gift cards I was so excited because I wanted it to be a nice surprise.
Something happened and the system messed up and charged me for 3 gift cards instead of 1. I wasn't going to bother with fixing it, because I figured they would say it's finally sale and nothing they could do, but my friend was like call and figure it out.
I am so glad I called, the staff and management went above and beyond to fix my issue, I am so appreciative, I was definitely not expecting the service and treatment I got. I wish I could remember who I spoke with. But thank you again, we will always give crispelli's our business!
