Go there once a week and have gotten to know some of the staff really well and by name, and the bar staff even knows what I drink when I walk in - can't beat that

I’m a business owner and a Boxer as well and over 21.. I came into town from Milwaukee WI and my My 72 year old uncle and myself entered BW3 in royal oak Michigan to eat. The people at the counter ask for our ID at 8:45 PM, why I do not know! We are in 2025 and we have our ID’s on our phone and they would not let us enter due to neither one of us having our physical ID. This is my car the most ridiculous thing I have ever Seen in my life. I eat at BW3 All the time across the USA. I will never come to this location ever again and cancel BW3 all together along with my whole family and friends. Since they did not let us in we decided to go across the street at the blind owl and they welcomed us with open arms and no ID was required at 9:00 PM SMH!

Not clean. Drinks were nasty. Got told the blender was broken so we couldn’t get our frozen daiquiris. Then they forgot items on our order. Such as fries & chili nacho. So to fix it the brought me a container of chili like I pay to make my own food.

Walked in to the lobby, I kindly asked the hostess how long she thought the wait would be....
She looked at me confused, as if I asked some unheard of question, and replied "I don't know."
That was it. That was the response.
Unsurprisingly, I left.

Waitress came up to the table after we sat here for about 25 minutes. We weren’t gonna say anything, but I peaked my head up to look for a server and made eye contact with her and she came over very upset. She claimed that they were very understaffed and that I had to be patient, however there is nobody in here and I didn’t even say anything to her. I just looked up to see where she might be. She was standing by the hostess podium on her phone. She was very rude for the rest of the visit.
The food was extremely cold. I had never seen anything like it. Everything tasted like it had been just sitting out after it got cooked. I ordered the pretzel nuts and they weren’t even cooked . My friend ordered 20 wings and only got 10. When he said something, mind you it was polite, again our waitress got very upset. I NEVER leave negative reviews to not hurt the business, but I’m just a little blown away.

Food was cold I ordered over the phone and the guy over the phone messed up my order I called to get it corrected instead of them replacing the whole order they only replace half fries were cold chicken was cold I paid $62 for cold food ILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE

I tried to order the bundle deal online, but per usual, it did not allow me to checkout, even though I was able to checkout with a normal order. I called to order the same bundle deal, but they told me they would not accommodate the price of the bundle, claiming it was an online only deal.
