Quick and professional greeting, order taking, and hand off of meal. However, the chicken sandwich was dry and tasted as if it had been sitting out for a period of time. I most likely would not return based on the quality of the food

The man who took the order was very unprofessional. He was laughing with a coworker when I asked if they had pancakes (the website said they had them). I was also charged for a sandwich that I didn’t get. Won’t ever go back there again.

Usually this place is great but some of the new people must be terrible. Wrong drink size, didn’t give receipt when asked, and wrong order because they don’t listen. They didn’t even tell me my total prior to getting to the window. The wait for the time of day and number of people there was beyond unreasonable. Lunch time and 3 cars should not approach a 20 min wait for an $8 order. I’ve also gotten the inedible mozzarella sticks from here like another reviewer, so beware of those, but the food is still fine if you get what you order.
