Ok, so.. Theres a Burger King Less Than a Mile from me. 13/Southfield. I dont go there any more. Honestly There's really no good reason TO go there, and I am Surprised that ANYONE does. From the asteroid sized craters in the parking lot, to the unpleasant dispositions of EVERYONE I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with at the time... I have found it more enjoyable to go.... well anywhere else, actually. Then I remember THIS Location isnt far, may as well try this place out... havent been in a while (mainly because i keep forgetting it is here). What I have found here is the POLAR OPPOSITE of my experience with "The Pit of Dispair" at 13/Southfield. Not only was the staff Friendly **GASP** But ALSO attentative and helpful. **FAINTS**. Seriously.. "Attentative and Helpful"??? Where does THAT come from?? Certainly not from the PoD, for SURE! Thank You, BK, For having THIS Location available, as I DOOOOO Love me some BK Breakfast (Now if we could just do breakfast all day........) I Will Certainly Be Coming Back!

I don't hit fast food places very often but this time I gave in and ordered the double stacker which turned out to be an amazing disappointment check out the pic. Tell me if you think this so-called Burger is worth seven / eight dollars.

What has happened to customer service in fast food? What is wrong with people that think a paying customer doesn't deserve what they are paying for? We ordered 2 whoppers. 1 whopper, light everything thing. Instead it was 1 tomato and gobs of condiments and the meat was not cooked all the way. The other whopper, ordered heavy everything. Instead it was heavy lettuce, and 1 tomato. The soda I asked for was not the correct soda. In fact it tasted like a mixture. I went back and asked for a different soda. I told them about the burgers. The guy said they were out of pickles. I asked if they were out of onions too because they didn't put them on. We paid for the extra. Why not tell me you were out before I paid? I feel restaurants are serving cold slop anymore which is why we rarely eat fast food. BK needs to hire better management.

I've been coming to this location on my lunch break for a couple years now, because the one on 12mile in Berkley is hardly ever open. This is a reliable BK location with speedy drive-thru service and good quality food.

Out of a bakers dozen doordashes I've been to this store, they've never once had my order without some kind of an issue. THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS IN DESPERATE NEED OF BETTER MANAGEMENT!!!!! It's the worst burger king in the Royal Oak/ Berkeley/ Birmingham area. Don't waste your time going here.

Went here for my break. They forgot my cookies so I had to turn around and go back. Then I had to go back for a second time because they put sausage patties on my sandwich instead of hamburger. The customer service I got when I went back was very nice. They remade my order, but once I sat down to eat my lunch they forgot to put pickles on the burger. I am so over this Burger King on Woodward.

Line was short but it took soooo long. I expected freshly cooked food due to the wait. But no! Cold and stale fries, nuggets and burger. Soggy fries. Not salted. Oil was old ? the kids said the shakes were good.

Onion rings were missing from our order, bun looked moldy, no receipt was given because they claim that the machine hasn't worked in over a month! When we requested a refund for the combo that was unsatisfactory, we were told that they can't do it because they can only refund an entire order. I have never heard of such a thing and I will be in contact with the corporate office or the owners.
