I sat patiently waiting for my food , watched everyone get handed their bags in their hand and the sound blond hair boy just throws my food on the counter as if he was scared to hand me the bag... that's is my first time coming here to get this treatment!!!

I got a 4 piece chicken dinner with shack potato's.
Also a large Cole slaw. It was terrible. 2 weeks ago I got the same thing and it was delicious.
The chicken today was dry and really small pieces.
The potatoes were not cooked well at all. Dried out
And pale looking.

Yeah the prices of chicken have gone through the roof here I don't think I'll eat there again two pieces of chicken and a roll and some little thing of coleslaw $13 no it's not worth it it's a rip-off for $13 so I can get a big thing of chicken and feed my whole family and have a bunch of sides as well overpriced net worth it

Been coming here 15+ years seems it’s all kids that work here now they all have attitudes and I’m always waiting double or longer the amount of time I’m told on the phone potatoes were nowhere near done chickens always good

Ordered my food from here tonight… I ordered it well done… it wasn’t fully cooked. The chicken was rubbery and pink. The skin was soggy and falling off the chicken by the time we got home. My family all complained that the food was poorly made. The potatoes were oily and we all had a piece of chicken and a serving of potatoes and threw out an entire FIFTY DOLLAR MEAL. Never again chicken shack. You continue to be inconsistent. One day the food is made to perfection the next day you can tell the people barely wanted to cook it. I called and spoke with the manager ANDY that offered to replace but in order to do so he has to get the food back that we threw out because it was under cooked and poorly made. You can tell by his tone that the staff under him are a poor reflection of his management.

BEWARE EATING AT CHICKEN CHICKEN SHACK! WIFE BIT INTO FRIED GLASS???Neil who is the founder’s grandson contacted me after I reported my wife bit into a piece of fried glass. He stated that corporate should be the ones handling this issue and he nor the franchisee has done anything to do the right thing after this horrifying experience.

First off, I feel like this is a great Chicken Shack. I've always had great service and the folks working there have always gone above and beyond. I will say I was pretty surprised when I called to order food (as I was having trouble with a gift card online) and was greeted with an AI ordering assistant who would text me a link to pay. .....I don't love that.
