Not a great location. How they manage to mess up your order when you are quite literally telling them what you want every step of the way, is beyond me. Once they gave me double cheese when I didn't ask for it, and there was no other option but for them to remake it. Then when they remade it, they gave me lettuce when I didn't ask for it, and just completely skipped the guacamole. Like hello?

Also, their rice and chips are almost always stale or old. 50% of the time their rice is hard and dry. And 100% of the time, their chips are stale. I have gotten food here probably about 15-20 times and their chips have never not been stale.

It's also super messy and dirty in here all of the time. It constantly looks like a group of toddlers had their way with it.

I love Chipotle and most locations I never have any issues, but this is NOT a good one.

This Chipotle looks cool from the outside. Like I was excited to try it. Why? Because I generally like Chipotle, what can I say? Anyways, it sucked. Messy as heck, like nasty everything. Food mediocre. Workers had a weird attitude. I dunno, this was a bad Chipotle.

95% of the time it is online only, and they are rude when saying it. No ice in the drink dispenser. Dirty tables everywhere. And they take forever. If you really want chipotle just go to the one on crooks cause the time to drive there will be less then the time it takes for them to make it here.

My only complaint is this location does not give you very much food for your money. My bowl was literally only half full. I'll stick to my local or Livonia location.

this location has been out of chips for about 2 weeks when i order online i try to call store and see if they have any before placing order but its no way to reach them also its a hit and miss with my bowl somestimes its made good sometimea its not chipotle needs to locations downtown detroit i think they cant handle the load of customers

The absolute slowest Chipotle I ever been to. I was in line for 20 minutes with only 3 people in front of me. Then of course they’re out of white rice. Never going here again.

One of the worst Chipotle management teams I’ve ever seen. They are consistently understaffed and the wait times are ridiculously long. The owner should be forced to sell, and the managers should be fired.

Havent had this in awhile. Food quality has definitely declined. The chicken was so chewy, no flavor. My tortilla was hard in some parts and falling apart. Will not be going to this location again. :/

I can't even believe I'm wasting another minute for this absolutely abhorrent establishment. It's so rare that I leave a bad review... I've been in the service industry for well over 10 years and I just couldn't even believe the way I was treated today. The restaurant itself was absolutely filthy, which of course we couldn't see until after we ordered and paid for our food. They had one of those small stainless steel bins labeled "trash" right next to all the plastic ware and drinks... absolutely not up to health code.

We ordered 2 large chips. Realized we weren't given any chips. Sent my husband back to pick up the chips, he showed the cashier his receipt of 2 large chips, and was given 2 normal size bags of chips. When I returned, for a THIRD time, Orlando (told me he was the GM) told me it was a miscommunication on my husband's part. He didn't take any blame at all until I reminded him that my husband is in fact not an employee at chipotle and it's not his responsibility to make an order correct. He then told me "sorry for the miscommunication, what is it you want me to do for you?" Ummmmmm how about let's start with GIVING ME WHAT I PAID FOR? THAT'S THE LAW!?!?! Really, really unprofessional and I'm beyond dissatisfied and disappointed. Orlando didn't even want to speak with me - told me "I have nothing to offer you, do you want me to fire the cashier?". The rest of the employees were either listening in to my complaints, laughing & pointing, standing around doing nothing, or going back and forth on their cell phones & serving customers/using the cash register.... Yes, all w the same pair of gloves on! They certainly can't offer me anything to "make it right" now, as I will never be back. This place needs COMPLETE overhaul!

Worker was super rude. Didn't greet me and the first thing she said was "we only take exact change". After I asked for a bowl I also asked for a tortilla on the side and she started rolling her eyes and mumbling under her breath. Once we got to the corn I asked for extra and she only gave me one spoons I was like whatever, but after I asked for more she look at me with annoyance and quite literally scooped out 15 pieces of corn. 15. I again asked for more which she replied "you want more?" Very annoyingly. We then moved on to the cheese which she gave me only a PINCH of but I was fed up already and didn't wanna deal with her. I was trying to be nice and said please after everything and smiled at her but the kindness was not being reciprocated. This happened today evening. They also ran out of forks and I had to eat my bowl with a spoon :|

First and last time at this location. Literally trying every Chipotle around, trying to find one that actually has their menu items available. I don’t get what’s so difficult about having veggies available. It seems to be a problem at literally every location. The manager said their delivery didn’t come today. Man, every Chipotle must miss their deliveries EVERY DAY! Any time after 1pm they are all out of veggies. This is also the third location recently that has been out of guacamole and queso more than three hours before closing.

With the regularity with which this seems to happen, you’d think they would plan better. You would think.

If you want guacamole or queso, do yourself a favor and go down the street to Qdoba. Next time, I know I will.
