EARTH TO CORPORTATE. gross missmanagement at this location. Attempted i think 8 total purchases, have successfully managed 4. On three of the four purchases, items are missing. Not because they are out but because they too lazy to make more.

On 5/13/2025 this place at 8:25 pm no longer allowed walk in orders.

On 5/14/2025 at 3:30 pm, the doors were locked employees eating inside, CLOSED FOR WALK-INs.

Would love a reason l, but I already know it. The staff is absurdly lazy. The attitudes terrible.

No doubt this management is blowing at least 100k a year in annual sales due to crap policy.

It was my first time trying this Chipotle location and I regret ignoring the bad reviews. Everything was fine until I pulled out a long dark hair from my bowl. I am so disgusted and disappointed, I definitely will not be coming back to this location.

Really disappointed with this Chipotle location. They never open on time — today the doors were open, but the staff said it would be a 30-minute wait before they started serving anyone. The workers were rude, and one of them even asked me to leave when I questioned it. I’ve always liked Chipotle, but this experience was completely unprofessional. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

I should have read reviews before picking up my order. If you do go here, make sure to check your order because half of my items were not included?! Three of three items have something missing with the kids meal missing chips and drink. Items that they did include were poorly put together- barely any protein and sloppy. Avoid if possible, and make sure to check order.

I’ve only had great experiences at this chipotle! Last time I went in my drink got upgraded for free. The staff are very nice to me and the food usually hits we gotta get more love to this chipotle we got it. We gotta get more love to the chipotle if I could give more love, I could, but I’ve given all my love to this chipotle thank you.

Twice now I have come here for a burrito bowl and both times my bowl was just a pinch over half filled.
This time I watched as the lady putting in the rice, beans and meat only put in half scoops.
When the gentleman behind me saw she was doing the same to his he spoke up about it and requested more meat and beans. She then told the register to charge him for extra meat and beans 🤯.
I won’t be back.

Whoever is doing to go orders at this location today made the best bowl I've ever had at Chipotle. Props to the kitchen staff, all the ingredients were so fresh and delicious. Give this whole crew a raise!
